This beautiful villa in the typical Mediterranean style consists of 2 Apartments, which can only be rented together. The guests are offered a wonderful panorama of the sea and ridges, simultaneously with all-day sunshine. The upper apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms, each with an adjoining bathroom, a tower room with bath, large kitchen range in the open living-dining area. The lower apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms with 1 bathroom, large living-dining area with an integrated kitchen. The swimming pool is ca. 8x4m large with a large deck-area, barbecue grill and outside shower.

The lively fishing village of Calpe, with its picturesque old town, angular alleys, promenades and 2 large sandy beaches, gives a lot of variety to our idyllic Villa park La Canuta situated on former vineyards with view of the bay and mountain ranges. The picturesque hinterland with its original mountain villages, waterfalls and reservoirs lures for unforgettable excursions. The mountains nearby challenge mountain enthusiasts to peak performance, however, they also offer various hiking trails directly from the doorstep for seniors. The kilometer long flat white sandy beaches are ideally suited for children. Many sporting activities are offered at the town beach and there are lots of beautiful places in the immediate surroundings for golfers and tennis players.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Calpe
Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub in dem sehr gut gelegenem Ferienhaus
in Calpe verlebt. Die Ausstattung war wie in der Beschreibung aufgeführt.
Das Haus bietet viel Platz und auch der Außenbereich mit Pool ist sehr schön angelegt. Auch zum Grillen ist alles vorhanden.
Die Landschaft ist in dem Gebiet malerisch schön. Wir sind schon mehrere Jahre in unserem Urlaub in der Region um Calpe und Altea zu Gast. Uns gefällt es dort ausgesprochen gut.

Super-Urlaub

Wir durften zwei Wochen in der wunderschönen Casa del Sol verbringen.
Bei meist traumhaftem Wetter haben wir die Zeit in und am Pool oder im noch angenehm warmen Mittelmeer verbracht. Auf der Poolterrasse mit der schönen Aussicht läßt es sich wunderbar entspannen.
Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich, alles gepflegt und sauber.
Durch die Hausverwalterin fühlten wir uns sehr gut betreut. Sie hat uns nach unserer Ankunft um 2 Uhr nachts zum Haus gelotst und uns mit kalten Getränken und Obst empfangen, danke nochmal dafür!
Diese Ferienhaus kann man uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Traumurlaub in Calpe

Wir verbrachten 2 Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Villa. Es fehlte an nichts, Ausstattung perfekt, Sonne pur und einen traumhaften Blick auf Meer und Berge. Das Haus ist geradezu ideal für 2 Familien, die zwar gemeinsam den Urlaub verbringen möchten, aber doch eine Rückzugsmöglichkeit haben wollen. Für Familien mit Kindern perfekt, das Grundstück ist ringsum abgegrenzt. Man ist wirklich ganz für sich. Auch die Betreuung vor Ort durch die Hausverwaltung ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können dieses Urlaubsdomizil nur weiterempfehlen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt auf jeden Fall zu 100%.
Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt im "Casa del Sol".

Sehr Erholsam

Das Haus ist sehr schön und es fehlt einem an nichts. Wir waren zwei Familien mit 6 Kindern. Es gibt für jedes Alter das passende. Der Pool, die Stadt mit vielen schönen Läden und abends die Discos. Alles was mann braucht ist in unmittelbarer Nähe wie Supermarkt und Restaurants. (15-20 min Fussweg). Samstags ist Markt und am Abend an der Strandprominade ist auch immer was los. Der neue Strand ist ein Traum und herrlich für Kinder da mann weit rein laufen kann, (Auto zum Vorteil) Es war ein gelungener Urlaub und wir können das Haus und Calpe mit 100% Zufriedenheit weiter empfehlen.

Unsere Erwartungen an Lage und Ausstattung wurden voll erfüllt und wir verbrachten herrliche Wochen in diesem großzügigen Ferienhaus.
Es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt und die Betreuung vor Ort war exzellent. Die Räumlichkeiten, die Terrassen, der große und gepflegte Pool sowie die Lage mit Blick auf das Meer und die gegenüberliegenden Berge ließen uns diesen Langzeiturlaub rundum genießen.
Wir können dieses Haus ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen, speziell
auch für Familien mit Kindern oder mehrere Paare, da das Platzangebot mit 2 Wohnungen sehr großzügig ist.
Calpe und Umgebung bietet sehr viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten mit sauberen
Sand-Stränden, Sportmöglichkeiten wie Tennis, Golf oder Wanderungen in den umliegenden Bergen. Freizeitparks, Tierparks oder tolle Touren ins Hinterland zu verschiedenen Attraktionen machten den Urlaub sehr abwechslungsreich.
Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in mehreren Super-Märkten oder dem wöchentlichen Markt in Calpe und eine Vielzahl von Geschäften und Restaurants aller Kategorien lassen keine Wünsche offen.
