'Casa Angelica' is just renovated and you can find it in the 'VIA LUCA DELL ROBBIA'. A quiet flat in the most wanted areas of Rome, at this moment. There is a kitchen, a bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The view is nice, but you have to pay for, the apartment is in the 4th floor without elevator. The ' Palazzo' where Casa Angelica is a part from, is from 1883. In the time 1883 - 1907 there were build more of these working 'Palazzi' at TESTACCIO. You feel at home in 'Casa Angelica'. Enjoying sun and silence in a moment of relax on the balcony, in front of the door of the flat, is one thing you shouldn't forget to do. The feeling of home is also supported by the magnificent smells in the house. The ingredients come from the bakery (PASSI) of the same Palazzo, and the kitchens of the other apartments of the building. Let's go toooo ROME

Car: not necessary
The mass tourisms is not yet in Testaccio. The rates are still quite normal, in the restaurant, the boutique, the shop with fresh pasta, the ice-cream (no joke), the cinema, the theatre, the biologic shop, the daily fantastic market with fresh fish, vegetables, fruit, Italian shoes...., or the supermarket: all around the corner. From traditional to hip. Beside these ...things....., there is also the protestantic cemetery, with August Goethe (the son of GOETHE), the English poets Keats and Shelley, architect Gottfried Semper, the Pyramide..........

Angenehme, saubere Wohnung, nicht groß aber mit viel Atmosphäre, mitten in Testaccio, einem alten Viertel mit perfekter Infrastruktur: Restaurants, Bars, Cafés und - ganz besonders - der Markthalle, gerade mal 50 Meter entfernt, mit allem, was man zum Dolce Vita braucht. Man wohnt völlig untouristisch in einem großen Wohnhaus mit "normalen" Römern. Sehr gute ÖPNV-Anbindung ins Zentrum Roms, Fußnähe nach Trastevere auf der gegenüberliegenden Tiberseite. Angelica selbst ist eine reizende Person und angenehme Vermieterin. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder in die Casa Angelica!
