The location of the house is sunny and calm, on a large property that is protected from the wind with a marvellous sea view. Only 800 m to the beach of Caló d'en Real and 1.5 km to the romantic bathing bay Cala Vadella. The stylishly equipped villa with 350 m2 living area offers space for 8 guests and provides an entrance hall, a large living room with separate dining room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms each with bathroom, separate guest WC downstairs as well as spacious balcony and terrace areas.

Wer Urlaub etwas fernab vom Massentourismus haben möchte, ist hier im "Ses Marjades" bestens aufgehoben.
Das Anwesen liegt außerhalb von San Josep in der Nähe von Cala Vadella; Einkaufmöglichkeiten in der Nähe vorhanden. Die Berglandschaft und der Blick auf das Meer ließen unseren Erholungspegel im nu ansteigen. Die zwei Wochen, die wir dort verbracht haben, waren für uns sehr erholsam.

Von der Ausstattung des Hauses sind wir total begeistert: Die liebevolle Einrichtung im spanischen Stil, moderne Küche, Sat-Fernsehen, Waschmaschine, Trockner etc. und so viele Terrassen, dass man sich gar nicht entscheiden konnte, wo die Liegen aufgestellt werden sollten. Vom Pool ganz zu schweigen, einfach traumhaft. Der gemauertem Grill lädt ein zu gemütlichen Abenden. Die großzügige Wohnfläche, hier besonders erwähnenswert die 4 Schlafzimmer mit den direkt angrenzenden Badezimmern, einfach nur klasse. Es fehlt einfach an nichts.

Die Betreuung des Vermieters funktionierte reibungslos, jederzeit erreichbar, immer ein offenes Ohr für evtl. Fragen.

Fazit: Das Haus ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert und wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Urlaub bei "Toni".
