A residence situated in a very quite area, surrounded by greenery, only 10 minutes walk from the town and thermal centre. The apartment is generously proportioned and is comfortably fitted out to a high standard. A daily bread delivery service and daily cleaning of the apartement are included in the rates. A quite afternoon on your balcony or lying by the pool will soon make you forget your daily stress.

Merano, the jewel of South Tyrol is a famous, elegant South Tyrolean health resort with a historic town centre, 324 metres above sea-level, in a beautiful setting where three valleys, the Vinschgau, the Etsch and the Passier, come together. The unusual geographical location – the town is sheltered to the north and east by high mountain ranges – is the reason for its mild Mediterranean climate. This enables a wide variety of colourful, Mediterranean and sub-tropical plants to thrive in the extensive parks and promenades of Merano, and its new Botanical gardens. The Merano area has much to offer sport-lovers, including fine tennis courts, two nearby golf courses, a famous race-course, rafting, paragliding, mountain biking, swimming-pools, including the new spa, an ice rink, a horse-riding and jumping school, a mini-golf course, and winter sports.

Die Wohnung wa geräumig, schön eingerichtet, in bestem
Zustand und sehr sauber.
Wir kamen zu sechst (2 Erw. u. 4 Kinder) fuhren untertags auf einen Berg, lagen ab ca. 16.00 am privaten Pool u. gingen abends auf die Promenade.
Ein perfekter Urlaub!

Die Innenraumfotos der Anzeige sind nicht aktuell: tatsächlich scheint das Appartement erst vor kurzem renoviert worden zu sein (neuwertige Einrichtung, modern, sehr sauber und zweckmäßig, Vollausstattung bis zur Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler, gute Betten). Lagebeschreibug stimmt, sehr gepflegtes Haus, Aufzug, Pool, Garten, Palmen usw.; tägl. Reinigung u. Handtücher, Brötchenservice. Gute Betreuung durch freundl. Leitung und Personal. Ruhige (teils ausgiebiges Vogel-Gezwitscher) Stadtrandlage mit Blick auf begrünten Hof/Gästeparkplatz und in die Landschaft. Durchweg empfehlenswert. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist o.k.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön ruhig gelegen, ist sehr sauber und auch von der Ausstattung. Sehr angenehm ist der tägliche Reinigungsservice!

Die Möbel sind schon ein wenig "in die Jahre gekommen", aber alles prima in Schuß.

Die Innenstadt von Meran ist sehr gut zu Fuss zu erreichen, was sehr angenehm ist.
