A tropical pool area with waterfall, coconut palms and the awesome view one the lake invites you to relax and forget everything around you. The vacation villa in Nokomis is situated between South Sarasota and Venice. All Shopping Malls are very close (Target, Dillards, JY Penny, new Super Walmart/24 hours) and a lot of restaurants. There are two factory outlets nearby. For swimming and relaxing we'd suggest several beaches. You can reach Nokomis Beach at Casey Key in around 10 Minutes and go biking along the villas of the millionaires. At Venice Island you will find the well known Casperson Beach with prehistoric shark teeth's and beautiful shells. And don't forget Siesta Beach, one of the top ten beaches in the world with quartz-cristal sand which is 20 minutes away. Venice also provides araound 20 bicycle routes. The Distance to Oskar Scherer National Park is about 5 minutes, to Myakka State Park 60 minutes. You can reach Orlando's leisure parks (Disneyworld, Seaworld, Universal Studios, Epcot Center) in about two hours.

Danke, dass wir uns schon im Internet in dieses Haus verliebt haben und durch absolut nichts enttäuscht wurden. Wir erlebten zwei wunderschöne, erholsame Wochen. Es war einfach toll hier. Falls irgendwelche Fragen waren, war das Ehepaar Kändler immer für uns da und ein mehr als angenehmer Gesprächspartner. Falls uns unsere Urlaubslaune wieder mal nach Florida zieht, dann unbedingt wieder nach Nokomis zur Villa Sunshine! Familie Benedikt, Gaby, Leonie und Philipp Kreusch aus Kleve. *** Wir erlebten zwei wunderschöne und aufregende Wochen in Florida, Ferien die wir nie vergessen werden! Wir haben uns beim Eintreten ins Haus gleich sehr wohlgefühlt und dort einen besonders entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub verbracht. Die Aussicht vom Poolbereich ist einfach herrlich, die Lage insgesamt super - zu unserem Lieblingsstrand Nokomis Beach, zum Einkaufen, zur Interstate 75 und zu Restaurants jeweils nur wenige Autominuten. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und der Kontakt zu den Vermietern angenehm. Man kann die Villa Sunshine nur empfehlen - wir haben unseren nächsten Urlaub hier bereits gebucht.

Wir haben unsere Tage in der Villa Sunshine sehr genossen und einen wunderschönen Urlaub verlebt. Das Haus, die Lage zum See, die privacy, der Pool, die Zimmer, Bad und Küche: alles grosse Klasse! Sauberkeit: ausgezeichnet. Wir sind langjährige "immer-mal-wieder-Florida-Urauber" und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Nähe zum Strand Nokomis, nach Sarasota, zum shoppen und die Erreichbarkeit der sonstigen Attraktionen Floridas haben uns überzeugt. Spitzenquartier.

Wunderschoene Villa Sunshine

Nachdem wir schon ca. 1 Woche in USA unterwegs waren und in verschiedenen Motels uebernachtet hatten, konnten wir uns wirklich gut in der Villa Sunshine erholen. Besonders morgens und abends auf der Terasse mit Pool und wunderschönem Seeblick. Durch die zentrale Lage konnten wir auch die Traumstrände der Umgebung erkunden. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung sind super und alles ist wirklich so schön wie auf den Bildern. Die Kinder wollten gar nicht mehr weg. Wir können die Villa Sunshine nur empfehlen.

23 Tage Super Urlaub in Florida.Die Villa Sunshine ist ein sehr schönes Luxusdomizil,wo wir uns 21 Tage mehr als nur wohlgefühlt haben.Wir werden mit Sicherheit dieses Domizil wieder mieten.Die villa ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen,liegt sehr ruhig aber doch Zentral.Besonders der Blick morgens beim Frühstück auf den kleinen See haben wir sehr genossen.
Alles in allem, einfach nur wunderschön.Ein Super Strand (Siester key)ist in nur 20 Autominuten zu erreichen.
