The very well-kept, bright apartment consists of a bigger and a smaller bedroom, small living room, kitchenette with balcony to sit outside, shower bath/toilet, TV and washing machine. The apartment is located 15 up to 20 minutes walking distance apart from the beach. Due to the parallel hocked location it is a pleasant quiet apartment with a private parking place directly in front of the house. It is situated on the first storey of a two storey palazzo in the centre of San Remo with all shopping facilities in immediate proximity.

Nearest Airport: Nizza at 45 Kilometres
Nearest Ferry: Savona at 100 Kilometres
San Remo is located amid of the picturesque landscape, in which the blue Liguria Sea alternates with the impressive mountains of the back country. Sam Remo is doubtless one of the most beautiful and important coast venues of the Italian flower Riviera. The year-round, mild climate with the average of 300 sunny days in the year makes it an attractive vacation paradise. Long sandy and pebbled beaches offer a lot of variety and fun. San Remo is also a perfect starting point for excursions to Monte Carlo (25 km) and the Cote d’Azur (20 km) or the back-country, where you can visit olive groves, wine yards and lavender as well as castles, forts and picturesque villages.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet, groß, sauber und zentral gelegen. Allerdings ist sie auch sehr laut. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
