The holiday flat is situated at ground level and very graceful with a gorgeous sight at the golf court and its little lakes. The flat is appropriate for four persons and offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Our holiday flat is optimized for those who don’t want to resign on any pleasantness on their vacation. You instantly will feel at ease due to modern, liveable furnishing. Of course an own garage is included. Additional luxuries with its whole amenities are offered in the clubhouse. A large size heated pool and whirlpool are waiting for you! Further on there are a lot of sporting activities offered like: volleyball, basketball, hockey, tennis and a fitness centre. It goes without saying that all this is included.

Myers, Babcock Wilderness Adventures Ranch (Alligators, raccoons etc.) and a lot more! Moreover it is only a stone’s throw to Caribbean! There are daily ship cruises from Miami.

Beaches : Sparkling white sandy beaches at the blue green gulf of Mexico: The gulf shore of Florida is a paradise for lovers of nature and offers also sensational bathing excitement! Enjoy the endless beaches and the dreamlike sunsets. The beaches in Estero are only 15 minutes’ drive from Stoneybrook.

Arrival : The international airport Fort Myers is only 20 minutes` drive away from the holiday flat. A rental car is highly recommended. The rental car should be booked at home, so you can fetch it directly from the airport! To reach your domicile you take the Interstate 75 in southern direction (Naples) until the Exit 123 east, direction Miromar Outlet, after 500 meters on the right side.
