The stylish and comfortably furnished finca is surrounded by 4 terraces. From the property (about 3000m²) you will have a stunning view of the sea and the Bay of Alcudia. A Mediterranean palm garden with almond, olive, lemon and orange trees invite you to have rest and relaxation. In the house you will find a new kitchen with all required devices (including an oven, dishwasher), large living and dining area, bathroom and WC, 2 bedrooms (one of which has a terrace and a view of the pool and the sea).

The peacefully located finca is on a mountain slope with a separate guest apartment and is located above the coastal city of Colonia de San Pedro in the Bay of Alcudia, about 500m from the sea. From the property you will have a stunning view of the entire mountain range, the sea and the Bay of Alcudia up to the lighthouse of Formentor. In the typical Majorcan fishing village you will find everything you need for daily life. Furthermore, in San Pedro you will find tennis courts, a surfing school and of course, multiple restaurants, cafes and bars. Here we also offer very good options for expansive hikes and cycling tours. Bicycles, mopeds and cars can be rented in the city. Golf lovers will find a very well-kept 18 hole course in the nearby Capdepera. Those who think it is too quiet in San Pedro can find enough diversity in Cala Ratjada or Alcudia - just a few minutes away by car.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Finca mit außergewöhnlich liebevoll gestalteter und gepflegter grossen Gartenanlage, sowie grossen Pool und verschiedene geschützte Freisitze rund um die Finca.
Ruhige Lage mit freier Sicht auf Meer und Umgebung.
Leider zum Aufenthalt defekte Klimaanlage und abendliche Mückenplage.
Ausgesprochen netter Kontakt vorab mit der Vermieterin und dt. Ansprechpartner vor Ort.
Das Objekt ist zu empfehlen!

Das mit der Klimaanlage tut mir wirklich sehr leid. Bei meinem letzten Aufenthaltstag habe ich bemerkt, daß die Klimaanlage nicht funktionsfähig ist. Ich habe umgehend das Elektrogeschäft verständigt. "Manana" wollten Sie jemanden schicken, um die Anlage zu reparieren. Aber im Süden ticken die Uhren ja bekanntlich manchmal anders...
Schön, dass Sie dennoch eine angenehme Zeit hatten.

Ich würde mich sehr freuen, Sie mal wieder in unserer Finca begrüßen zu dürfen.

Wunderschön gelegene und mit viel Liebe zum Detail dekorierte Finca!
Das Grundstück, Haus sowie die Lage entsprachen der Beschreibung, präsentierten sich aber viel schöner, als die Fotos es versprachen!
Die Sonnenuntergänge sind ein Traum!
Sehr herzlicher Kontakt mit der Vermieterin im Vorfeld und am Abreisetag vor Ort!
Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Haus nur empehlen!
