Photos and Description of this Denia holiday house

The detached house with view of Denia is situated in a very good location at the mountain Montgo, quiet, close to the beach with view of Denia and its fort. The house measures 110 m² living area and 2 car parking spaces. It invites to relax with its wide lawn (350 m²) and the tree population. Enjoy the lovely Mediterranean weather and the silence under palm and pepper trees on a provided divan bed. You can put fish or spiny lobster on the grill in the evenings; every day fishing cutter land at the harbour and sell fresh Mediterranean Sea fish. The breakfast or supper can be celebrated at the small terrace on the lawn or at the large, wind protected terrace at the house. In the spacious saloon (approx. 40 m²) with open, completely equipped kitchen and dining area (see pictures) you can cool off at high temperatures (always quite cool because of architecture) or heat up in front of the modern chimney in winter.

The house is situated at the mountain Montgo, approx. 5 minutes from the beach (by car), with beautiful view of the city and of the mountain. A small village is situated about 100 m away with shopping and dining facilities. It takes a 3 minute drive to the supermarket and a 5 minute drive to the inner city. Pretty holiday house Denia. Denia is a small town located between Valencia and Alicante with Moorish past. Today this is witnessed by the Kastel Denia that peaks out of the town on a small hill. Although there have been many changes throughout the last 10 years, Denia has kept its original charm. It is a lively but yet quiet town, where we like to spend our time. Stroll the Marques de campo in the evenings and go out for dinner, celebrate at festivals, purchase tasty fish and seafood that are put on the grill later on. There is a lot to see all around Denia…
