The house is located in one of the most beautiful places of Elba - with superb view on the Golf di Stella (you'll have unforgettable sunsets). It lies calmly in a large garden, not far away from Capoliveri (15 minutes walk) and 3 beaches (5-15 minutes). A large terrace, partly with roof is also at your disposal as well as a barbecue outside. The house has 2 bedrooms (and a sofa with 2 sleeps in the living-room), a kitchen, a bath, a shower outside and a parking lot.

The house is situated in a rural surrounding close to several different beaches and next to all the small villages on the island. The water is very clean and clear.

Mountainbiking: In Capoliveri is a World's competition downhill race. Excellent conditions for mountain biking and cycling. You will like the houses and you will come back- nearly everybody gets in love with the island and its people! We come there its 17 years now! The water is really clear, there are a lot of nice little romantic villages- not too far away- you can make a tour round the island in about 4 hours by car! The ferry is not expensive and takes only 1 hour- please ask us- we will help you and answer all your questions- before you go (even on telephone) or when you need help in Italy we're always available by phone. The owner of the houses is a friend of us- he will be there to help you, too. We meanwhile had some English people- even honeymooners! So the tips for you ( with all that stuff where we think you should buy your bread, what you could do with children/ without, which beaches we think you should go to with small children, shopping tips)from us and our Italian friends

Paragliding: Even that is possible on Elba.

Hiking: When you can see the top of mountain Monte Capanne you should try to climb it, hike there or take the lift up- the view will be rewarding! Around Capoliveri you can also do lots of interesting hiking tours around Monte Calamita - with ever changing and superb views on the sea.

Golf: There is a Golf course not far from the house (by car).

Other Activities: for most of the sports there are courses, even in English

wie schon das letzte Mal hat alles super gut geklappt. Das Trappolina mit traumhafter Lage ist ideal für unsere zwei kleinen Kinder. Die Einrichtung ist praktisch - es ist alles da was man braucht. Mit dem Auto ist man in ca.
5 Min. am Strand und in Capoliveri. Wir können es nur empfehlen.

Grandioser Blick und Lage

Sehr gute Betreuung vom Vermittler und vor Ort, alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Unser Hund wurde während des Urlaubes leider krank, wir bekamen sofort Hilfe vom Vermittler und ein Tierarzt kam direkt zu uns ins Haus, wirklich super. Das Haus selbst ist sehr sauber und zweckmäßig. Die Aussenanlage einfach wunderbar und die Aussicht einfach traumhaft. Sehr ruhige Lage trotzdem nicht weit von Capoliveri entfernt, sehr gutes günstiges Restaurant ganz in der Nähe (lecker Pizza und Fisch)! Wir kommen wieder!

Wohlfühlhaus für Familie mit Hund

Von der Buchung bis zur Ankunft war alles sehr gut geplant und organisiert. Die Familie hat uns sehr gut betreut und auch die Besitzer vor Ort waren sehr hilfsbertreit. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt mit einem wunderschönen Garten, die Lage traumhaft. Allerdings sind die Strände durch die Hanglage weiter entfernt als gedacht. Zu Fuß 20-25 Minuten v.a. auf dem Rückweg. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist einfach praktisch und nützlich. Es ist einfach alles da ,was man braucht.Das nächste Mal brauchen wir aber unbedingt die Möglichkeit die Heizung zu benutzen. Die Toskana kann im Früjahr ziemlich nasskalt sein und die Kleider trocnen dann einfach nicht mehr.Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen. Der nahe Ort Capoliveri lässt sich an jedem Abend neu genießen
