The 50 sqm apartment has one sleeping room (one single and one double bed) and one loft style living room complete with double sleeping couch and kitchen/dining area equipped with dishwasher, fridge, oven and central heating. It has a bathroom with shower & bidet, cable TV and a balcony with table and chairs. Parking space has 24 h security. Sailing boat, small motor boat and 42ft space for a boat are available upon request. Port Grimaud is a private village set within a charming system of waterways with a private security service and controlled entry. The apartment is situated where the main waterway meets the gulf and has a first rate view of the gulf of St Tropez. Within 5 min by foot you reach the private residents beach with a small and friendly restaurant. The centre of Port Grimaud has a selection of shops and wide selection of restaurants. There is a complimentary boat service through Port Grimaud in high season. It is 5 km by car to St Tropez and 3 km via public boat service.
