Our apartment is situated in the officially recognized Baltic seaside resort of Zempin (near Zinnowitz) at the narrowest part of the island of Usedom. Therefore the distance to the southern waterfront is only 100 meter and to the northern Baltic beaches with is white and fine sand about 1 km. Zempin is an ideal combination of a family beach resort and a calm village with fishing port. The modern and calm apartment with sunny terrace has a size of about 65 m². It consists of a large combined living-eating room with 2 sleeping possibilities, a sleeping room for 2 persons, a well equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The furniture is of high quality. It has an own parking place. Near by is a children play ground, a bicycle rental, supermarket and restaurant. There are possibilities for sport such as wind surfing, tennis, golf and horse riding. The nature is wonderful with lakes, pine forests, and biotopes, hence ideal for tracking or relaxing.

The apartment is situated about 100 meter from the small and calm fishing port where you can talk to fishermen and may be making a fishing trip with them. The southern part is calm and nice for walking or relaxing; it is also ideal for wind surfing. The opposite beach side with its fine white sand is ideal for family holidays with children. The elegant and famous health resort of Zinnowitz is only 5 min (by car) away. You will find there nice villas, cafés, restaurants and a promenade. You can go shopping there, enter a café or restaurant, having a health treatment or join a concert or theatre in the evening. Also boat trips to other parts of the island are possible from here. It is also recommended to do bicycle trips alongside the Baltic coast under the cover of pine trees and visit other resorts or the famous museum of Peenemüne.
