Enjoy your vacation in an exclusively furnished apartment. It’s newly build up, essentially with wood inside and outside, and a generous conceptioned window providing a great view into the greenery and it is located in a sunny, calm place at the edge of the village. The kitchen is fully equipped for 2 persons, a dining-table and a comfortable sofa can be found in the spacious, bright living room. In the separate sleeping room, 2 comfort-beds provide for a restful sleep (suitable for allergic guests). At the enticing sun-terrace you can relax and gather strength. Breathe the pure air of the closely bordered forest. 2000 square meters meadow are situated in front of the apartment, limited by a rivulet which is leading to an abandoned sawmill. Offers for art and culture can be found only a few minutes away by car in Bregenz or Lindau. Offers of any kind of sport activities are provided by the skiing-resorts of Vorarlberg during wintertime and preferably Lake Constance during summertime.

Situated in one of the most attractive holiday-areas of Central Europe, in the 3-country-corner of Austria-Germany-Switzerland, the place offers everything what stressed and for relaxation searching people makes happy: forests, meadows, mountains and close Lake Constance guarantee a long lasting expression from your holidays. In the landscape it is situated in the north-westerly frontier area of Vorarlberg, in the so-called “Leiblachtal” valley. Here holidays take place for every taste: riding bicycles, hiking and swimming or enjoying the pure nature. In the village it’s worth seeing the church of Hörbranz, going back to the year 1488, consisting a painting of “Hl. Maria” from the early 17th century. The “Rochus-chapel” in the “Pest-cemetery” of Giggelstein (constr. 1635 – 1640) should also be visited. Hörbranz is a perfect departure-point for any kind of excursions, e.g. to the festival-city of Bregenz or up to ‘Pfändermountain' with so-called 'eagle-lookout'.

SuSi ist ein wunderschönes Beispiel moderner Vorarlberger Holzarchitektur. Das Haus ist sehr funktional und ästhetisch eingerichtet und äußerst gepflegt und entspricht in allen Punkten der Beschreibung. Auch die Lage mit vor dem Haus rauschendem Gebirgsbach ist traumhaft und bietet einen guten Ausgangspunkt um das östereichische Bodenseeufer, Vorarlberg und den Bregnzer Wald (einschließlich der Verkostung des Bergkäses) zu erkunden. Freizeitmöglichkeiten und kulturelle Attraktionen bietet die Gegend zuhauf. Wir haben uns bei unserem Aufenthalt sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen auch gerne wieder.
Owner's Response: Unsere Gäste wissen die zentrale Lage im 4-Länder-Eck am Bodensee zu schätzen. Und unser Team ist besonders darum bemüht, dass sich unsere Gäste wie zu Hause fühlen und gerne wieder kommen!

Zum Wohlfühlen

Das Ferienhaus SUSI ist ein zauberhaftes Hutschachtelhäuschen, in dem wir uns während unseres Aufenthalts zum Jahreswechsel 2008/2009 sehr wohlgefühlt haben.Nachdem wir mit dem Wetter leider nicht sehr viel Glück hatten (viel Nebel, wenig Sonne), haben wir uns am Abend immer sehr gefreut in unser gemütliches Ferienhaus zurückzukehren. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll, die Ausstattung im Haus (Bücher, aktuelle DVDs, Infomaterial) reichhaltig und gerade in der Küche sehr durchdacht (ein elektrischer Espresso-Kocher, wunderbar! ) und funktional.

Auch mit einem Kindergartenkind (4 Jahre) waren wir willkommene Gäste und vor Ort wurden wir von der Concierge zuvorkommend und freundlich umsorgt.

Fazit: Ein Ferienhaus, in dem wir uns rundherum wohlgefühlt haben und das wir auch gerne weiterempfehlen und in dem wir sicher bei Gelegenheit (und Sonnenschein ;o) wieder ein paar Tage verbringen werden.

Tolle Unterkunft am Bodensee, Appartement passend für 2 Personen, Ausflugsmöglichkeiten sind aufgrund der Lage hervorragend!

Alle Angaben im Inserat sind zutreffend. Waren im Mai eine Woche im Ferienhaus. Erwartungen wurden bei weitem Übertroffen. Sehr sauber u. gepflegt. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Liebevoll betreut von Frau R. der Seele des Hauses.Der Vermieter ist sehr um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Empfehlenswert für Jedermann, der Ruhe u. Natur genießen möchte. Freizeitmöglichkeiten bieten sich am Bodensee jede Menge.

Für uns war die SuSi der hervorragende Standort für eine Exkursion zur Erkundung von Landschaft und Architektur in der Region Bodensee-Vorarlberg.
SiSi war hierzu genau der richtige Einstieg.
Ausstattung und Service, es stimmte einfach alles!
Ein sehr schönes kleines Haus, geeinget für die kleine Familie.
Auch der Mikrokosmos ist sehr schön.
Einziger Wermutstropfen ist die fehlende Fernsicht.
