The apartment is tastefully furnished, has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace in front of the living room. From the terrace you can observe the countless ships and even see as far as Gibraltar. The apartment has about 109m². It has a garage parking space and a storage room for your golf or ski equipment, etc. During the winter, you can go to the Sierra Nevada to go skiing (about a 2h drive) and on the next day you can go take a walk on the beach in a bathing suit. The house only has 14 apartments and a swimming pool that you can close and heat during the winter with a sliding glass roof. There is a shared sauna and a tropical garden.
