Kudamm, Opera House, Schillertheater and Schloss Charlottenburg are within easy walking distance, the exhibition centre and the ICC are just a few minutes away by taxi or underground. In the neighbourhood you will find a large variety of restaurants as well as shops and stores of all imaginable hues. The flat is on the first floor and includes a large living room, a small bedroom and - of course - kitchen and bathroom. Interior furnishing is modern and practical, apart from the bedroom there are two studio couches available. The kitchen is fully equipped and allows veritable cooking parties. Spacious hall-stand, dining area, balcony, and television guarantee a pleasant stay. We will be pleased to provide a full fridge at your arrival according to your wishes. Further services are possible at any time - just ask. We are looking forward to seeing you.

Zentrumsnah aber mit Abstrichen

Das gute an der Ferienwohnung ist die Nähe zum Ku-Damm den man zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten erreichen kann. Auch zur U-Bahn ist es nicht weit. Leider ist die Wohnung sehr hellhörig, das Schlafzimmer sehr klein und vom Treppenhaus hört man alle Geräusche. Das Wohnzimmer hat 2 Schlafcouchen, dort ist aber auch die ganze Nacht durch reger Autoverkehr. Außerdem sind einige Fernsehsender wie ARD,ZDF nicht zu empfangen. Leider auch nicht ganz sauber und diverse Lebensmittel von den Vorgängern sind auch in den Schränken und sogar im Gefrierfach, zum Teil auch schon abgelaufen. Der Empfang durch den Betreuer der Wohnung war allerdings sehr nett und dieser war auch sehr hilfsbereit. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war nett und freundlich.

Gute Lage, schöne Wohnung

Schönes großes Wohn- und Esszimmer, wo man sich sofort heimisch fühlt. Umbau der Couch ist problemlos. Schlafzimmer ausreichend groß für 2 Erwachsene. . Kontakt und Übergabe haben hervorragend geklappt (auf die Minute pünktlich). Uns (2 Erw., 2 KInder 11 und 13) hat es hier sehr gut gefallen. Sehr angenehm nach der Stadt "nach Hause" zu kommen. Bäckerei unten um die Ecke, Supermarkt 200 Meter, U-Bahn-Station 300 MeterNettes Viertel mit vielen Restaurants und schönen Läden. Schöne schlichte Einrichtug und in der Wohnung alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Wohnung und Haus waren ganz ruhig.
Tipp: Noch einen Fön ins Bad, wäre perfekt.
Owner's Response: Das ist ein gute Anregung mit dem Föhn für's Badezimmer. Werden wir uns schnell drum kuemmern. Danke für den Hinweis.

Ferienwohnung Nähe Deutsche Oper in Charlottenburg

Waren eine Woche mit 3 Personen in der Wohnung.Der wohnraum mit Schlafgelegenheit für 3 u.4 Person war ordentlich.Das Schlafzimmer ist klein aber zum schlafen OK.Das Badezimmer alt aber sauber. Zu bemängeln war nur die Küche.Von der Einrichtung ist die Küche neuerwertig mit Backofen u.Mikrowelle.Von der Sauberkeit waren wir jedoch gegenüber den anderen Zimmern erschrocken.Küchengeräte ,Herd und Spüle waren schmutzig,da muß Meister Propper her.Von vorigen Mietern waren noch abgelaufene Lebensmittel im Kühlschrank.Schade, für die eigentlich gute Einrichtung.Verkehrsmäßig liegt die Wohnung optimal nur wenige Minuten von der U-Bahn Station Deutsche Oper.
Owner's Response: Eine schmutzige Küche ist ärgerlich, dafür müssen wir uns entschuldigen. Wir werden zusammen mit unserem Verwalter diesem Mißstand nachgehen, abstellen und eine Wiederholung ausschliessen. Hoffentlich hatte die Putzkraft nur einen schlechten Tag und die Zeit zwischen Abreise vorheriger Gäste und dem Eintreffen der neuen Gäste durch irgendwelche Umstände eng geworden. das würde es erklären (aber nicht entschuldigen!).
