This charming farmhouse is for exclusive usage - the owner lives in the near village Campos. It is suitable for families and nature lovers. You will enjoy the Majorcan country life, pets are allowed. The house is quite comfortable and has a very nice terrace with a lot of flowers and trees. There is a garden with palms, oranges, mandarins and meadows and fields. There is a fence around the property. There’s an agrarian annex in some distance from the house. The beach can be reached by car in a few minutes as well as Campos where you find a supermarket and a weekly market with fresh vegetables and fruit.

If you don’t want to spend the day at the beach Es Trenc, just sit on the terrace in front of the house and watch the birds, peacocks, etc. In a few minutes you can reach the village Campos by car as well as lots of beautiful sandy bays and rocky mountains. The lovely villages like Santanyi, Felanitx and the charming harbours Cala Figuera and Porto Colom are not far away. An excursion to Palma would take about 45 minutes by car. As you will know Palma has a beautiful cathedral and lots of old monuments. The elegant shops and restaurants are really worth seeing.
