It is a villa by the sea, with panoramic views towards the Bay of Alcudia and the main Majorcan range in the background. In the peaceful residential surroundings there is a small unconventional beach 30 meters from the property, and others in the same style nearby. The villa (110 sq. m.) has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for 4 people, or 5 with a portable bed. One of the bedrooms faces the sea and has a double bed. The other faces the mountains behind the house, and it has twin single beds. There are 2 bathrooms, a living room with fireplace, connected by a wide arch with, with the dining room. The kitchen has an open bar with sea view across it... The wide covered terrace has a privileged position to enjoy unobstructed panoramics going far to Cape Formentor 30 kms away. The garden (900 sq. m.) kept the former local plants, with the addition of a few other rustic ones, tolerant to the salty winds of the winter.

The closest village (3,5 km), Colonia Sant Pere, with about 400 inhabitants, was formerly dedicated mainly to fishing and agriculture. Today has additional conveniences in a small scale for tourism, like a Marina, a couple of supermarkets, a bakery, several bar-restaurants, etc. There is a pedestrian Promenade along the beach and the seafront. In a few words Colonia Sant Pere it is a friendly, easy-going place with genuine Mediterranean flair. Arta, the closest important town, is 16 km from the house. It has 9.000 inhabitants. It has a characteristic castle with an inbuilt church at the top of the hill that dominates the town and the surroundings. There are several monuments, like a 'Talaiot' (megalithic fortress), an interesting small museum, a lively market on Tuesdays and a variety for shopping, eating, etc.

Hiking: The area offers good possibilities for hikers. Along the sea there is a trail of about 12 km., extending from the Colonia Sant Pere to the lighthouse near Cape Farrutx. Parallel to the coast runs a mountain range of about 20 km. with a Hermitage set amidst it. Most of that land belongs to the 'Parc de Llevant' (Provincial Park), which it is extended further to the East including an unspoiled shore with beautiful beaches, and an old lighthouse from the time of the pirates. This Park offers many hiking possibilities, but in the full summer normally it will be too hot to go to the higher grounds, except on cloudy, windy days, or getting up early...

Bird wachting: From this property, comfortably sitting in the terrace you can see the cormorants, seagulls, etc, flying over the sea regularly. Also often small birds come to the rustic garden to catch butterflies or insects. The mountains at the background of the property with many cliffs, is also a good place to see birds and enjoy the landscape.

Golf: There are 4 golf courses at a maximum of 20 minutes drive from the house and about 8 more at a maximum of 75 minutes drive.

Ein nettes kleines Haus inmitten von Stockhäusern jedoch mit ausreichend Platz für 4 Erwachsene. Alle notwendigen Gebrauchsgegenstände sind vorhanden. Ein kleiner Einkaufsmarkt ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt und in Colonia St.Pere kann man sehr gut essen gehen. Ein paar felsige Strandabschnitte befinden sich in der Nähe sowie Sandstrände in den nächsten Orten.
Die Bäder könnten allerdings renoviert werden und vor Ameisen ist man auch nie sicher.
