The villa Las Oliveras is a new built villa on a ground of 1000 m². This villa is especially sunny and bright but there is as well a beautiful terrace of 84 m² with a roof and with shadow and lovely fig- and olive trees. There is a big door to the kitchen/living room so that you can enjoy your breakfast and dinner outside in a quiet atmosphere. The villa Las Oliveras has heating and invites all year round. There are two big sofas so that you can enjoy the TV if you like. The house is ideal for families but as well for elderly people as all the rooms are on the ground floor. There is a fence around the property with an entrance that can be closed. Campos is nearby where you find the old town with a lot of shops, bars, restaurants and a weekly market which offers fresh vegetables and fruits.

Campos is situated in the southeast of Majorca. The villa Las Oliveras lies in an absolutely quiet area between Campos and the beach Es Trenc. There is a small way which leads to the street Sa Barrala and the beach Es Trenc. The advantage of the villa Las Oliveras Es Trenc is the distance to the beach, only 3 kilometres. Campos where you will find restaurants, shops and bars can be reached by car in a few minutes.
