There are only a few steps to the beach. The small port is waiting for you. The apartments with sea view also offer parking place and storage room in the basement garage. They are completely furnished and equipped with air conditioning (cold/ warm). You will also find a lift, satellite TV, big terrace and a fantastic view upon the beaches in the south of Majorca. Colonia Sant Jordi is located on a small peninsula in the south of Majorca. The former fisher village is nowadays a developed vacation village, surrounded by 2 of the most beautiful and longest unspoilt beaches of the Mediterranean Sea: ‘Es Trenc’ and ‘S’Avall, with flat shores and crystal clear waters. The dune landscape and the pine tree woods behind the beaches are unspoilt nature conservation. All the types of water sports, as well as riding, tennis and biking can be practiced here. The fishers’ port and the hinterland have beautiful almond and fig trees, as well as wind wheels. In the village, there are numerous inviting street coffee bars, restaurants and boutiques.

Das Appartment war sauber und sehr geräumig. Leider ist darunter ein Restaurant, was uns vorher nicht bekannt war, der damit verbundene Lärm war störend für uns als Familie mit Kleinkind. Auch die täglich gegen 6:30 Uhr kommende Müllabfuhr vor unserem Fenster war nicht sehr angenehm, vor allem weil wir alle davon wach wurden.

Alles andere hat uns aber gefallen, auch der Ort ist sehr angenehm und man kann sogar am Strand neben dem Hafen sehr gut baden. Es gibt viele Busverbindungen, sodass man nicht zwingend ein Auto benötigt. Für Familien ist der Ort gut geeignet, weil es zahlreiche Spielplätze gibt.

nettes, freundliches Team, gepflegtes Haus

Hier haben wir uns im März 08 sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein gepflegtes Haus. Ein freundliches, hilfsbereites Team. Die Umgebung mit gemütlichem Hafen ist ansprechend. Das Haus liegt an einer Einbahnstraße, die Tiefgarage läßt keinen Parkplatzstress zu. Nette Lokale in der Umgebung. Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf befinden sich in der Nähe und sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir hatten das Gefühl, wir wohnen mitten in Spanien und unter Spaniern. Dadurch fühlten wir uns wohl und nicht so touristisch. Gerne kommen wir wieder.
