This lovely apartment is in front of the wide beaches with sea restaurants and cafes in front on the beach. It is in the house ‘Residence Jaqueline’ on the elegant Beirtamar which has day and night porters and liftboys, hairdresser, manicure und pedicure are in the house, as well as massage and beauty-cures and an internet cafe. There are very cheap taxis, wonderful modern luxurious shopping posibilities with exceptional designer clothing and shoes, all very low priced, but of excellent quality. There are also good and low priced human services, very smart restaurants, tea-shops, bars and nightclubs. The outside beaches, dunes and landscapes are of astonishing beauty with inexpensive restaurants to eat fresh fishes and lobster. A buggy guide service is available. Canoa Quebrada, (under protection of the World Bank) Moro Branco, etc are all lovely places to visit. For people who have to be taken care of, human service is available as well as childcare, babysitters or hostess-guides.

Notes to the rental rates

• Short rent 2-3 persons, weekly 400 US $ all downstairs indicated included 1 week rent daily a 30,- Euro or 36 US$ makes 252 US$ weekly plus for 2 or 3 persons - towels and bed sheets, gas, water, normal electricity. 15,- US$ per person weekly makes 30 for 2 or 45 US$ for 3 persons weekly 15,- US$ per week 105,-. Total weekly renting-price 400 US $. Damage-security deposit 180 US$ which will be given back at rent sending if no damage was caused. If the electricity bill exceeds because of the air-conditioning the 105 $ per week Private arrangements and all other information will be obtained by contacting by phone or e-mail the owner Maria Meisters. A total cleaning once a week for a day costs 14 US $. One end cleaning a 15,- US $ will be charged from the guarantee. 15,- Euro per week or 20,- dollars
  
• Three months or longtermrenting a 600,- US dollars monthly service 55 $, plus electricity and aircondition.
  2 rents as garantisum. Paying airconditon and normal electricty, 200 US $ once accountsum, monthly, which will be reduced if consuming was less, or if consuming of electricity. Surpassed this cost the bill wil be shown and charged to the renter.
  After consuming first gratis gas- and drinking water container, to pay by the renter ordering (easily by phone and is cheap). Damge-garantisum 200,- US dollars which will be given back at rent sending if no damge was caused. If you want the maid once a week to clean, this can be arranged for 13 dollars for a total cleaning. All further informations about a good living and wonderful restaurants, shopping opportunities and excursions, entertainment or beauty massages, healthcures and a wonderful holiday will all be provided if you want by the owner Maria Meisters also pecial arrangments can always be made.
  
• Inexpensive charter flights are available by livingstone. Airmadrid, Travelandia, TAP (Airportugal), American Airways, and from Germany and Amsterdamm many charter flights are low cost.

All renters were very satisfied and happy about their holiday and all came back the following year to fly away from the cold winter and go away from Tsunamis and terrorist men and expensive prices for living. There is a high class standard in good living and exquisite food at a very low price for us. Human service is very low cost, curing people or housework. This town Fortaleza with 600 Km of white fine sanded beaches, around, and the most sunny days of the year, was founded 500,- years ago by European conquistadores and the white big ford is still dominating over the town and sea. Beiramar, where the apartment is situated, is the most elegant and lovely beach-avenida, with many many lovely restaurants and coffees in front on the beaches. Very beautiful big modern shopping centers, with lovely clothes, shoes and jewellery, of international best brands also for extremely low prices. A very interesting historical past and buildings and monuments give an interesting background.

The contrast between the super elegant modern architecture and the historical monuments, buildings, and the unspoiled variation in the nature of hills and dunes and baeches in this province Ceara, with its major town Fortaleza, gives an exciting inspirating atmospher and feeling. You feel the heroic past and at the same time the unspoiled amzing beautfull nature and also the absolute exciting dynamic growth of ultra modern exspanding of all in Brazil, with its richness of gold and beautifull jewlstones in its soil, but also iron, beauxit, uranium, oil, ect. ect.all needs for the modern technical growth and exspansion, but also the wild amazonias jungle and the richness of exotical plants and animals. And it is so young and so vital and beautfull population the mixed races gave an asthonishing variations of beauty of bodies and faces. And not to forget its sensual dances and music, it all together gives you a big inspirating kick which will last for live.

Brasil is another planet of a very sensual atmosphere, like only the tropics with this big lovely vitality can give you!
