The three villas are part of a large Canarian Country House. La Bodega was an original wine press and store, La Tienda (the Shop) was originally a shop, and El Almacen (the store) was originally a store for the country house. All the villas retain much original character and charm and have an attractive combination of modern style and features. La Bodega is the largest of the three villas in access of 120 sq m, and has a heated swimming pool (heated 52 weeks of the Year). The spacious area around the pool is private as it is walled. La Tienda and El Almacen are situated next to one another, but private with walls around their sun terraces both containing plunge pools.

Situated in the countryside, El Almacen will appeal to clients wanting to stay in a typical Canarian property and sample local village life, an ideal choise for those wishing to escape and relax in peaceful surroundings. The accommodation comprises of one double and one twin bedroom, a bathroom and open kitchen complete with oven/hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. There is also an open plan lounge with dining facilities that benefits from satellite, (limited), TV and Hi-Fi system. Outside the villa is complete with its own private plunge pool, barbecue and patio furniture.

La Vegueta is a small peaceful village in the countryside ,and is fairly central in the island. The nearest beach is at La Santa, and here are many facilities for sport activities, the complex known as La Santa Sport. The area is reconised for good wine that is produced in the volcanic countryside, and you can sample this in the local bar with Tapas. The village has a small shop and restaurant close by. Acess to the large wine growing area La Geria and Fire Mountain is easy by car, and the main town Arrecife is only twenty minutes away. About five minutes away is the village of Tinajo, which has a Supermarket with fresh fruit and vegetables, meat and fish, the bank with cash machine, Clinic, Chemist, Internetcafe, Bakery, Coffeshop, Bars and Resaurants

Entspannender Urlaub in wunderbarer Unterkunft

Wir haben uns in der zweiten Maiwoche einen entspannenden Urlaub in angenehmer und ruhiger Umgebung, privat und mit eigenem Pool gewünscht und genau das gekriegt.
Die Ferienwohnungen (wir haben auch die anderen besichtigt) sind sehr ordentlich und sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Urlaub dieser Art braucht. Wir sind gleich am ersten Tag in den Nachbarort Tinajo in den Supermarkt gefahren und haben uns mit Lebensmitteln eingedeckt. Gleich am ersten Abend haben wir T-Bone Steaks gegrillt und sind danach in den Pool gesprungen - was braucht man mehr?
Sogar eine Mappe mit Plänen, Prospekten von Ausflugszielen, Infos zu Ärzten, Supermärkten usw. war vorhanden, das gibt's sonst nur im Hilton.
Die Vermieterin ist immer da, wenn man sie braucht (aber auch nur dann!), großes Kompliment! Sie kümmert sich um alle relevanten Anliegen und Probleme, wir haben das sehr geschätzt. Sehr zu empfehlen ist auch ihr Keramikladen in Teguise; dieser Ort ist ohnehin für Bar-, Restaurant- und Marktbesuche ein Muß.
Die Ferienwohnung liegt perfekt in der Mitte der Insel, egal wo man hinwill - nach Norden zum Mirador del Rio, nach Westen in die Feuerberge, nach Süden an die Playa Blanca oder nach Osten nach Arrecife - der ideale Ausgangspunkt. Ein Mietwagen ist aber natürlich schon notwendig; sogar um den hat sich die Vermieterin gekümmert.

Wir können diese Unterkunft bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder hier wohnen, wenns uns wieder mal auf dieses großartige Eiland verschlägt!

Schöne, urspüngliche Einrichtung - privat & ruhig

In der Zeit vom 10. - 31.08.2008 haben wir (Paar mit kleinem Hund) die Ferienwohnung El Almacen bewohnt. Als Antikmöbel-Fan war ich begeistert von der ursprünglichen Einrichtung, die auch auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Das Objekt ist sauber und mit allen erforderlichen Hausratsgegenständen ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
Diese Ferienwohnung ist für alle zu empfehlen, die Ruhe haben und selbstständig mit ihrem Auto über die Insel fahren möchten.
Empfehlenswert ist das Restaurant "El Tanique" in Nachbardorf Tiagua (besonders das Solomillo -Filetsteak- mit Gorgonzolasosse!!!). Zum Einkaufen fährt man am besten ins nahegelegene Tinajo - dort im Supermarkt gibt es alles für den täglichen Bedarf, wie auch eine umfangreiche Fleisch- und Käsetheke.
...und falls man mit Hund reist und einen Tierarzt braucht, gibt es in San Bartolome eine "Veterinario-Praxis" mit sehr netten und kompetenten Tierärzten.
Von La Vegueta aus ist man, da der Ort strategisch günstig liegt, schnell an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Insel.
Wenn Sie also eine Ferienwohnung mit dem oben beschriebenen Umfeld suchen, ist diese absolut zu empfehlen!
Wir haben sowohl "La Tienda" wie auch "El Almacen" gesehen und werden beim nächsten Besuch wieder -auch wegen seiner hohen Räume- in "El Almacen" wohnen.

wir konnten im juni die bodega leider nur fuer 10 tage nutzen, da wir zeitlich gebunden waren. wir haetten gern noch laenger verweilt,weil es fehlte an nichts und man kann sich wunderbar erholen und entspannen.ein grosses lob an die vermieterin, denn sie ist sehr um ihre gaeste besorgt und ausgesprochen hilfsbereit. wir erfuhren eine freundlichkeit und waerme, die man nur selten bei vermietern vorfindet.
wir bedanken uns noch einmal recht herzlich, wuenschen weiterhin alles gute und immer nette gaeste.
auch wir werden, so es unsere zeit erlaubt(denn von teneriffa ist es ja nicht weit), gern wieder gaeste sein.

Ein Ferienhaus, das man empfehlen kann

Ein erholsamen Urlaub verbrachten wir in einem süßen, kleinen Haus, fernab des Massentourismus. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieterin ist um das Wohl ihrer Gäste sehr engagiert. Wir waren sehr begeistert und werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen.

Ein Mietauto einzuplanen ist zu empfehlen, um die Insel zu erkunden und die leckeren Restaurants in zu erreichen.

el almacen,es war genial, weitab vom rummel,10 autominuten zum
traumstrand von famara,im haus fehlte es uns an nichtsund unsere
vermieterin stand uns mit rat & tat zur seite.es sind auch sehr gute restaurants in der nähe.für uns war es ein urlaub den wir sehr genossen haben und ihn auf jeden fall wiederholen werden.
