Villa Soleil is a very beautiful, bright holiday villa, that was built in a Provençal style in 2004. It is located at the edge of La Croix Valmer (8 km St. Tropez) and approx. 500 m from the beach. Villa Soleil is located on a 500 sqm plot in the residential area "Le Parc de la Mer". A beautiful living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs is large enough for up to 6 people. A 70 sqm sun terrace with a grill completes the picture.

Das Haus ist wunderschön, top-gepflegt, ruhig gelegen und es fehlt absolut an nichts. Alle 3 Schlafzimmer sind vollwertig (d.h. auch bei 6 Personen Belegung kommt keiner zu kurz ), der große Garten und die Terrassen bieten viele schöne Plätze zum grillen, essen und chillen. Bei nur 3 Min. Gehweg zum kleinen (aber fast alles bietenden) Supermarkt/Bäcker und der kurze Weg zum Strand kann auch das Auto ab und zu mal stehen bleiben. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gern wieder!

Die Villa ist in einem tadellosen uns sehr sauberen Zustand. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Garten ist ein Traum, richtig schön um sich zu erholen. Diese Villa ist sehr empfehlenswert. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Wir waren nun bereits 4 mal in der Villa Soleil und können diese nur emfehlen. Lage ist sehr gut (ruhig und doch nur 500 m. bis zum Strand), Ausstattung super (nicht die übliche Billig-Variante bei anderen Objekten) und mit dem Vermieter hat alles immer reibungslos funktioniert.
Insbesondere die wunderschöne Terrasse (mit Grillkamin) hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben uns in der Villa sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Angaben zu Lage, Ausstattung usw. stimmen mit dem, was wir vorgefunden haben, völlig überein. Die Villa ist sauber, gepflegt und sehr stilvoll mit persönlichem Charme und Esprit eingerichtet. Die Umgebung ist sehr reizvoll und bietet eine große Auswahl an Aktivitäten.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
