This charming apartment is situated in a quiet residential area. There is a large private swimming pool with a separate connecting children’s pool and a beautiful garden with sunbathing area. Within 10 minutes walking distance from a fine sandy beach. The apartment is furnished comfortably and commands LCD-TV (32' inch), Digital Satellite and a HIFI-Stereoset with DVD-player. Internet (WiFi). The new kitchen also has a new dishwasher. There are 2 bedrooms for 2 persons each. The terrace overlooks the nice garden, swimming pool area and the sea. It is only 5 minutes walk to a large supermarket, several restaurants, bars, bank, pharmacy and shops.

The beaches of Costa Blanca have been awarded the European Blue Flag for clean beaches and unpolluted water. The two salt lakes which surround Torrevieja create a wonderful climate all year round. The lakes are home to a host of wild life including large flocks of flamingos. Within 10 minutes by bus you will find the town centre of Torrevieja with the Marina and Harbour as well as a fun-fair. Every Friday one of the largest markets in Spain is held here. There are three top 18 hole golf courses and several sandy beaches nearby. There is also a lot of entertainment; a sports complex, cinemas, a water park, discos, carting, bowling and so on. There are lots of excursions possible to Elche, Murcia, Orihuela, Alicante, Isla Tabarca, taking a mud bath, several local markets and various Festivals and Events.

Do you know, that ....: ...within 10 minutes by bus you will find the lovely town centre of Torrevieja with the Marina and Fish Harbour as well as a fun-fair. Every Friday one of the largest markets in Spain is held here. There are several sandy beaches nearby. There is also a lot of entertainment, i.e. sports complex, cinemas, a water park, disco, carting, bowling. There are lots of excursions possible to Elche, Murcia, Orihuela, Alicante, Isla Tabarca, taking a mud bath in Mar Menor. There are each week plenty of local markets and also various Festivals and Events during the year.

Ski: The Sierra Nevada and Granada are only a 150 Miles drive. There are plenty lovely ski runs.

Golf: Costa Blanca is the ideal place for a golfing holiday. Following Golf Clubs near Torrevieja: Rojales (18 Holes), Villamartin (18 Holes par 72 and driving range), Campoamor (18 Holes par 72), Las Ramblas (18 Holes par 72), La Marquesa (18 Holes par 72), La Finca (18 Holes par 72), La Manga Club (54 Holes), Villamartin and Rojales are about 5 miles from the apartment and Campoamor and Las Ramblas are also nearby. The famous La Manga club is about 45 minutes drive from the apartment, but has three courses and is well worth a visit.

Wir sind von Basel nach Alicante geflogen per Easy-Jet.Anschliessend mit dem Bus vom Flughafen bis Endstation Promenade und Hafen in Alicante gefahren für ungefähr 1.75 Euro, Dauer ca.30Min. Und sofort in eine herrliche Stimmung versetzt, die Kunst und Jachten bewundert am und im Hafen von Alicante.Nach diese herrliche Einstimmung den Bus nach Torreviega gesucht, gefunden unweit vom Hafen und für 3.22 Euro 35 Km. südlich gefahren und während diese Reise
verschiedene andere kleinere und grössere Dörfer schnell zu sehen bekommen und unheimlich grosse Salzseeen und sogar Flamengos.Ausgestiegen sind wir in la Mata, ca.7 Km vor Torreviega an dieser grosse Strasse wo auf der rechter Seitesich der Eingang des Naturschutzgebietes befindet und auf der andere Seite eine grosse Tankstelle. Dort haben wir uns erkundigt wo wir die nachste Haltestelle finden und siehe dar hinten diese Tankstelle liegt ein kleiner Park un d dort befindet sich eine Haltestelle für die Busse Richtung unsere Strasse, Deutsche Bank alles nur einige Gehminuten von der Ferienwohnung.Bevor wir richtig müde wurden hatten wir auch schon die Wohnung gefunden.Alle Angaben bezüglich Lage,Ausstattung sind absolut korrekt. Die Umgebung und Wohnung sehr sauber und wirklich alles in unmittelbare Nähe.Die Betreuung war enorm herzlich nochmals vielen Dank.Ich habe mich sofort und die Kinder auch sehr zu Hause gefühlt. Betrifft die Freizeitmöglichkeiten kann ich mich weniger äusseren da ich jeder Tag mit meiner Kinder am Strand verbracht habe.Die Wasser-und Luftqualität haben uns beeindruckt und sehr,sehr gut getan. Wir kommen sicher mehrmals zurück um aufzutanken und diese wunderschöne, spezielle Gegend noch viel besser kennenzulernen per Fuss, Fahrrad und ab und zu per Auto. Selten haben wir uns so gut erholt in doch nur 10 Tagen.Auch dank die sehr gute Betten und Matratzen. O und vergessen Sie nicht auszusteigen, wie wir, bevor Sie es merken sind sie nämlich zu lang in dem Bus und fahren unnötig bis zu Torreviega,wo es sehr gemütlich ist übrigens.Mettina u.Kinder aus Murten in der Schweiz

Wir hatten im Juni 2009 2 tolle sonnige Wochen im Appartment + im Garten mit Pool!
Die Beschreibungen des Objekts treffen voll zu!
Moderne + saubere Wohnung mit neuer Top-Küche + Dusche, Freundliches + hilfsbereites Hausmeister-Paar!

Urlaub ohne Auto zum Erholen + Genießen mit Strandjogging, Spaziergängen im Nationalpark mit Schwimmen im Meer + großen Pool, oder einfach ausruhen + faulenzen auf der Terasse + im Garten!
Owner's Response: Wir bemühen uns sehr für alle unsrere Gäste, dass sie sich wie zu Hause fühlen. Der Hausmeister wohnt im Erdgeschoss. Wenn etwas nicht in Ordnung sei, sind sie in nur wenigen Minuten bei Ihnen um zu helfen.
