Within 10 minutes walking distance from a fine sandy beach. The apartment is furnished comfortably and commands LCD-TV, Digital Satellite. DVD-player. There are 2 bedrooms for 2 persons each. The terrace overlooks the nice garden, swimming pool area and the sea. It is only 5 minutes walk to a large supermarket, several restaurants, bars, bank, pharmacy and shops. Nearby there are several Internet-shops.

Notes to the rental rates

• Check-in time from 4 PM and check-out before 10.30 AM. From November 3rd until March 27 the price is without electricity. In winter (December till March 27th 2009): 4 weeks rental only € 550,-- (plus electricity). In the holiday home is an electricity meter. Between April and November 2009 is the price including electricity.
  
• Cleaning costs € 35. Please bring bed sheeting & towels with you or can rent these (€ 20 each change).
  There is a deposit of € 150 refundable save for any breakages, which will be refund after cleaning, usually within one week, after deduction of possibly damages.
  
• Airport Service: From the airports Murcia or Alicante you can be picked up for just € 40.

Do you know, that ....

...within 10 minutes by bus you will find the lovely town centre of Torrevieja with the Marina and Fish Harbour as well as a fun-fair. Every Friday one of the largest markets in Spain is held here. There are several sandy beaches nearby. There is also a lot of entertainment, i.e. sports complex, cinemas, a water park, disco, carting, bowling. There are lots of excursions possible to Elche, Murcia, Orihuela, Alicante, Isla Tabarca, taking a mud bath in Mar Menor. There are each week plenty of local markets and also various Festivals and Events during the year.

Skiing Information:

The Sierra Nevada and Granada are only a 150 Miles drive. There are plenty lovely ski runs.

Golf Information:

Costa Blanca is the ideal place for a golfing holiday. Following Golf Clubs near Torrevieja: Rojales (18 Holes), Villamartin (18 Holes par 72 and driving range), Campoamor (18 Holes par 72), Las Ramblas (18 Holes par 72), La Marquesa (18 Holes par 72), La Finca (18 Holes par 72), La Manga Club (54 Holes), Villamartin and Rojales are about 5 miles from the apartment and Campoamor and Las Ramblas are also nearby. The famous La Manga club is about 45 minutes drive from the apartment, but has three courses and is well worth a visit.
