'Podere Vencia' is an ideal house for a numerous family or a group of friends to spend their holiday together. The house consists of 3 units, each of them with its own and well equipped kitchen/kitchenette. So it's possible to stay together but also to spend some time in ones own apartment. On the large loggia there is place for up to 14 persons and also in the kitchen of the upper apartment there is a large table for up to 12 persons. On the barbecue you can prepare fine steaks and others. The garden is well kept and offers you a beautiful panorama all around. The swimming-pool is placed at a distance in front of the house and there is also a small garden-loggia. The silence and the pure nature are so relaxing and there are beautiful trails to walk or bike. The mix of nature, silence, good food and excellent wine as well as the beautiful landscape and culture all around guarantees you a memorable holiday.

House 'Vencia' is situated near the provincial boundary of Sienne-Arezzo (each 30 km, Florence 60 km) approx. 2 km outside a small medieval hamlet with Trattoria. The last 2 km are a small gravel road and then you arrive at Vencia - surrounded from nature, silence and panorama.... a lovely place to relax but also a good starting point for sight-seeing the lovely landscape of the Chianti-shire and the famous cities of Tuscany, such as Siena, Florence, S. Gimignano, Volterra, Cortona, Asissi, Pienza, Montepulciano, Arezzo, Perugia..... All kind of shops and restaurants are reachable within 10 - 30 minutes.
