In the very first hills, at only 10 min. from the beaches, the house is in a little paradise of freshness and greenery. Typical Tuscany 'rustique house', furnished with both modern and antique furniture, fire-place, wood ceilings and floors in 'cotto'. The atmosphere, especially in the evenings when you see the sunset on the sea from the garden and the terrace, is really special. In the same time you are surrounded by the mountains and hills of the Apuan Alps. The area is worldwide famous for cultural interest, arts, history, delicious food and wines, and the beautiful and comfortable beaches of the Versilia. There are many day-trip possibilities and golf courses.

The Vallina 2 is in a central position, between the sea resorts of the Versilia: Viareggio, Lido di Camaiore, Marina di Pietrasanta, Forte dei Marmi; the Apuan Alps, full of small villages to discover, and many famous historical cities like Lucca, Pisa (the famous tower), Pietrasanta (meeting place of artists) or Carrara and its white marble quarries. In a day trip it is easy to reach other more famous destinations like Firenze, Siena, San Gemignano or Portovenere and the '5 Terre' in Liguria. The traditional food and wines are excellent and you can find as many restaurants as you like!

Notes:

The Vallina 2 used to be a very old country house and was restored about 20 years ago. It is comfortable and has maintained the rustique style. At the ground floor there is the living room with fire place, the very big dining room and kitchen, and a double bedroom and complete bathroom with shower, with direct access on the terrace and garden. Outside, the garden and terrace with dining area and the Pergola. At the first floor, two double bedrooms and a complete bathroom with shower. The property is quite isolated but 5 minutes walking to the nearest centre.

Golf Information:

Golf playing is being always more successful in Italy and the area is well organized and furnished in golf courses: At 10 min. from the house, you find the 5 holes ( soon 9 holes ) practice camp of 'Alisei' in Pietrasanta, and the 18 holes of the 'Versilia Golf Club' of Forte dei Marmi. At 30, 50, or anyways less than one hour driving, golf courses like: Tirrenia and Cosmopolitan in Pisa, Montecatini, Prato, Punta Ala, Castelfalfi and many others.
