Photos and Description of this Azores holiday house

The house is 30m away from the sea, in close vicinity to a small fishing port. Seawater pools are within a few minutes walking distance. There is no TV, but books (in German and English) and music, too. You can take your breakfast on the patio in full view of the ocean. With a little luck you can see whales and dolphins from there as well (don't forget to bring your binoculars!). On 140 m² floor area there are 3 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen etc. as well as a dining room and a large living room.

  • Additional cleaning fee for each rental 50,- €
  • I ask for your understanding that the following conditions will apply:
    Reservation is granted with a down payment of 50% of total costs. The balance is due 14 days before the beginning of the rental period. In case of a cancellation a refund of paid amounts is possible if an other renter can be found for the reserved period.
  • Accepted methods of payment:
    - Bank transfer (please allow for sufficient time for an international transfer to a German bank - your bank will know you how long this will take in your case)
    - Travellers cheques (in Euro) mailed to me. (I recommend the cheques will be marked 'for deposit only' and be made out to my name. Also I recommend them to be sent by registered mail. I cannot accept responsibility for cheques lost in the mail.)

Andere deutsche Urlauber, die wir auf der Insel kennenlernten, waren beeindruckt vom Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Da hat sich einer ein Paradies geschaffen und teilt es mit anderen.
Die Lage ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge mit dem Mietwagen.
Zu empfehlen ist auch der Minimarket am Ort. Einfach mal abends einen Galao trinken gehen. Falls man nicht 14 Tage auf der Terasse sitzen und den Ausblick genießen will ...geht ja auch.

Online-Inserat korrekt (es fehlt ein Bild von einem Schlafraum)allgemeiner Zustand = sauber, was man zur Selbstversorgung braucht, das ist vorhanden.
Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist ein Genuss! Jegliche Hilfe wird mit Freundlichkeit gegeben.
An Freunde und befreundete Gruppen mit besten Empfehlungen weitergegeben
Restaurant am Ort, Delfine und Wale beobachten, kirchliche Feste erleben, Traditionsfeste in Lajes mitmachen, Nachbarinseln besuchen, Pico besteigen, Wandern durchs Landesinnere, Farben und Gerüche aufnehmen, Sonnenauf- und -untergänge erleben Rundfahrt um die Insel (eine Tagestour mit dem Auto), freundliche Inselbewohner, sanfter Tourismus, faire Preise. Die Insel ist ein sicherer Ort. Es gibt so gut wie keine Schwerstkriminalität.
