This well-groomed one family home is situated in the environment of a calm urbanisation. The property of 1200 square meters offers you sun and shadow space, a swimming pool 4x8m as well as a solar-shower which is placed right in front of the house. You can drive with your car in front of the house and the property, in the back side, is fenced on both sides. The closest beach and a supermarket are in the reach of a 5 minutes car drive.

Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Aussenanlage sowie der Pool wurden von den ortsansässigen Verwaltern regelmässig gepflegt und gereinigt.

Das Haus liegt in einer wunderschönen, gepflegten Urbanisation mit herrlichem Blick bis Palamos. Die Lage ist ruhig und erholsam. Für das Nachtleben muss man gar nicht weit fahren und man ist voll im Trubel von Platja d'Aro oder Palamos.

Für Golfspieler bietet diese Gegend viele, abwechslungsreiche Golfplätze.

Wir haben schon das zweite Mal in diesem Haus unsere Ferien verbracht und es wird bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal sein. Auch unsere Söhne (17 und 12 Jahre alt) geniessen es immer wieder in Calonge.

Ganz speziell bedanken wir uns für das sehr nette und hilfsbereite Verwalterehepaar.

Sehr schönes Haus mit Pool, profess. Betreuung

Allein die Tatsache, dass wir bereits das zweite Mal in diesem Haus waren, sagt es ja schon aus: Das Haus und der Pool haben uns sehr gut gefallen und wir überlegen zur Zeit bereits für das nächste Jahr dort zu planen. Es ist ideal für eine Familie mit einem oder zwei Kindern. Man hat einen wunderschönen Blick vom Hang auf die Landschaft und sieht auch das Meer.

Das Haus befindet sich in einem Komplex von hochwertigen Häusern, die sehr gepflegt sind. Das Haus und auch der Außenbereich vom Pool sind von außen uneinsichtig. Der Pool ist sehr schön und wird von den Verwaltern drei Mal in der Woche gereinigt.

Es gibt einen Fernseher mit deutschem Programm. Bei Problemen sind die Verwalter - ein dort ansässiges Ehepaar aus der Schweiz - sehr hilfsbereit, ansonsten lassen Sie einen aber komplett in Ruhe. Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt. Es gibt einen Wintergarten, in dem man wunderbar Essen kann. Im Wohnzimmer gibt eine hochwertige Sitzgruppe. Wirklich zu empfehlen.
