Garden & Loggia holiday apartments of good quality, living in the beautiful Herrenhaus, pool in the mansion's park, private beach at lake Weissensee (about 15 km remote from the Herrenhaus-mansion) with lawn for sun basking and a wooden cottage. The Herrenhaus desposes of a 5000 m² (surrounded by an ancient wall) idyllic park, a barbeque-site, a volley-ball-site, a swimming pool and a childrens' ground. The surrounding around Dellach and Weissensee is ideal for hiking and cycling, fishing in the lake or in the running water of the river 'Drau'. Some experience swimming-pools in the location Dellach (1 km remote from the Herrenhaus) with water slide, football-site, Kneip-bath, childrens' ground and an inline-skating site for our young people round up the profile of this Luftkurort.The village Dellach is going to open a (fresh air tunnel) for people suffering from allergies such as asthma and neurodermitis in spring-time of 2008.

A loggia-apartment (type 4, 3 room apartment, about 65 m², with balcony in the attic) for comfortable living. The loggia allows a panoramic view on the Reisseck-mountain range or on the picturesque park of the mansion. The holiday-flat consists of 2 bed-rooms with double-beds (for an additional person a single-bed will be added), a cosy living-room with cushion seats and a dining-area (on request: also with children's corner), anteroom. The apartment is fully equipped. Type 4 can either be booked as one-level or two-level holiday-flat (with gallery).
