The new house with 5 x 9 m pool, on a 1400 m² property is located in an idyllic quiet part of Platja de Pals (S Punta), the beach is only minutes away by foot (about 700 m). There is a very beautiful view of L`Estartit and the ocean with the Illes Medes from the 60 m² terrace (partially covered). Pals is at the edge of the Pyrenees and is a unique wonderful view thanks to its snow cap in spring and autumn. A lot of sun, beach, flowers and green are the hallmarks of Costa Brava. Pals and the surrounding area offer a beautiful medieval city centre with typical small lanes. The Bay of Begur has the most sought after sand beaches on Costa Brava with numerous small, intimate and romantic coves.

There are several good restaurants with local specialities nearby. The infrastructure is very good.
