Our spacious and bright house is situated in the 1100 years old village Dapfen in the Lauter valley middle in the nature reserve of Swabian Alb. Away from hectic rush you will find a cosy surrounding in generous rooms. The house has two bathrooms, sleeping rooms are convenient for peoples suffering from an allergy. The fire place in the living room with an Mediterranean flair gives you even in cold winter evenings a cosy feeling. In summer season you can relax in the garden. You can begin with cycling, hiking or walking directly from the door. The famous horse farm Marbach is located right near by.

Nettes gemütliches Fachwerk-Bauernhaus...

...in ruhiger Lage. Wenige Gehminuten zu schönen Rad und Wanderwegen entlang der Lauter! Das Haus hat ein sehr schönes, großes neues Bad m. Wanne und Dusche. Küche und Essbereich sind großzügig und offen. Wohnzimmer m. Kamin. Im Untergeschoss befindet sich ein weiteres, altes Bad, welches man aber eher nicht nutzt, da es an den Keller usw anschließt. Sep. Toilette im Küchenbereich. Küche sehr gut m. Geräten ausgestattet (sogar Brotbackautomat!). Nette kinderfreundliche und gastfreundliche Vermieter. Babybett und Hochstuhl vorhanden. Haus allerdings wg steiler Treppen weniger geeignet f. Kleinkinder bis Schulalter! Empfehlenswert f. "Schnäppchenjäger": OUTLET in METZINGEN! Schönes Café bzw Schokolaterie im Ort ("Lagerhaus") m. vielen div. Kakao und Kaffeesorten und leckerer selbstgemachter Schokolade... :)

ein Kindertürchen angebracht.
