Have breakfast in the sun? Crickets at sundown? Letting the soul dangle? You know all this in our detached house with a view protected pool (pool lights), grill fireplace, seat set and couches. You have sun of the noon until the sundown. You find an outer shower and awning as well as 2 palms in the outside area. There is a big balcony with wooden furniture and parasol, examined by 2 lanterns. You have sun of morning here till afternoon and a open electric fireplace for romantic evenings.

The house is located in the mountains which are around Moraira. The situation is quiet although only 800 m are Moraira it up to the main street's direction. The living environment consists of single villas and detached smaller houses. It is approx. 4 km up to the beach. Up to the place middle of Moraira approx. 5 km. It is approx. 1500 m to the next supermarket, restaurant and bistro. Tennis courts are in a radius of 2000 m, are several golf courses, a Kartbahn and other beautiful beaches. Bakers, newspaper business, several larger supermarkets, various restaurants etc. are to achieve in a minutes with the car in 10-15.

Das Haus ist gemütlich, sehr gepflegt, sehr gut ausgestattet, hat einen wunderschönen (sicht- und windgeschützten) Pool und gute Betten. Ein Sitzplatz am Pool und eine zusätzliche Terrasse garantieren an schönen Tagen Sonne von morgens bis abends.

Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, die Wegbeschreibung gut, das Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Die Steilküsten und das Hinterland sind absolut sehenswert, eine Wanderung vom Creu Portixol, am Hausberg von Denia oder auf eines der unzähligen Caps ein Erlebnis. Die Ausssicht dort ist an klaren Tagen wirklich atemberaubend...

Wir waren auch im Tierpark El Vergel (schön und nicht so teuer) und in Mundomar (Aquapark mit vielen Meerestieren).

Der Strand in Moraira ist klein, fein, aber in der Hauptsaison sehr voll. Wenn man ein Auto zur Verfügung hat, sollte man Richtung Denia fahren. Dort hat man einen fast endlosen Strand zur Verfügung an dem man fast immer ein ruhiges Plätzchen findet.

Das Online-Inserat war korrekt beschrieben und die Ausstattung mehr als Ausreichend.

Der Zustand des Hauses war sehr gepflegt und sauber.

Die Vorgespräche mit dem Besitzer war o.k. und zuverlässig.

Ich würde jederzeit wieder das Haus für Freunde und Verwandte buchen. Hervorzuheben wäre der schöne Pool hinterm Haus und die schöne große Terasse auf der immer Morgens die Sonne scheint.

Empfehlenswert wäre das Restaurant El Andalusia auf dr Hauptstraße. DOrt kann man wirklich gutes Menü el dia aber auch schick Abends essen gehen. Das Lokal befindet sich auf der Hauptstraße genau neben dem Keramikgeschäft.
