Halifax holiday cabin: Head of Jeddore

The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom sea view cottage is situated on the Eastern Shore of Halifax, approx. 40 min. from downtown. The 1st floor has 2 bedrooms, one with a spectacular view over the Atlantic Ocean. There is also a bathroom with a tub and shower. Downstairs are kitchen, dining area, a wood stove, living room with a pull-out couch, bathroom with shower. The property is situated on a 2 acres wooded lot with its own water front at the Salmon River, which is actually a Bay of the Atlantic Ocean. Therefore you have seawater with high and low tide, mussels and occasional seal. There is also a sun deck at the waterfront. Swimming and canoeing are great and possible at high and low tide. Or simply relax and enjoy the nature and the sound of the water. The cottage is fully furnished with all the equipments you might need. It includes bedding, towels, a fully equipped kitchen. There is a deck with furniture and a hammock. There is a fire pit in front of the house where you can grill.
