In the centre of the Atlantic Ocean, on the Azores islands, we offer you in São Miguel island our bungalows, all new and cosy. Both houses are located in our 8000m² of land, but your privacy is guaranteed.

This wood bungalow was built in 2005 and offers a fine view over the sea. It can shelter 4-5 persons. At the ground-floor there is a kitchenette, a bathroom and a room. Stairs leads you to an open gallery where also 3 persons can sleep. This house also has a balcony where guests can have barbecue.

Nearest Airport: Ponta Delgada at 20 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 7.0 Kilometres

On the south-west of São Miguel island, 25Km from the Azorean capital, Ponta Delgada, it's located a small village that is called Ginetes. A church, a coffee shop, a post office and a fire brigade bild the character of this nice village. In five minutes walking you'll find everything. Right in the centre of Ginetes there's a new road to 'Ferraria', where you can bath in a hot water source (thermal spring) whenever there's a low tide. From Ginetes you'll be 10 minutes, by car, away from the famous 'Sete Cidades Lakes'. But you'll also be near to Mosteiros, considered to be one of the most beautiful villages in the island. There, in Mosteiros village, you'll have the opportunity to swim freely on the Atlantic Ocean and to rest in a black sand beach. You will also find from Ginetes, several ways to start beautiful walks. There you can enjoy one of the loveliest lighthouses in the island, and you'll get there in 15 minutes walking.

Erholsame Ruhe in traumhafter Lage

Das Haus "Vasco da Gama" der freundlichen deutschen Vermieterfamilie liegt in einem großzügigen Garten mit einem schönen Blick über den Atlantik. Korrekte Beschreibung im Inserat. Zweckmäßig eingerichtete große Küche, insgesamt freundlich und hell eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Galerie ist für (größere) Kinder gut geeignet (steile Treppe), Erwachsene müssen den Kopf etwas einziehen. Gute Bademöglichkeit in der Nähe (heiße Quellen im Meer!), Sandstrand etwas weiter entfernt. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Hauptstadt (ca.22km), im Dorf ein kleiner Supermarkt, zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auto dringend zu empfehlen!
Fazit: Idealer Urlaubsort für ruhige Ferien "auf dem Land". Wenig Tourismus! Wir alle haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Vielleicht ist noch zu erwähnen, das die Post, die Apotheke, Bushaltestelle und ein kleines Cafe/Restaurant ebenfalls leicht zu Fuss zu erreichen ist.
Wir freuen uns, dass es Ihnen so gut bei uns gefallen hat und wünschen noch viele erholsame Ferien.
