Kitchen and bathroom: The kitchen is completely equipped with all important utensils, such as a gas hob and oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffeemaker, washing machine, ironing board, etc. The bathroom has a shower with a Turkish steam bath, WC and wash basin.
The situation: The property is notable for its unusual position on the steep coastline with a wonderful view of the Atlantic, which is only about 100 m away, and the almost 180º panorama of the north coast of Tenerife. The sun shines almost all day on the terraces, from sun up to sundown. The house itself lies only about 100 m above sea level. El Sauzal also has much more to offer, for example, Manuel’s pottery. At his potter’s wheel, and with lightning-speed, he turns out domestic ceramics, like plates, cups, vases and pots. There are also many supermarkets and restaurants in the village. At this point, we would mention just two very good restaurants: Los Angeles and La Ermita. As well as Canarian and international culinary delights, there is also a large selection of fish specialties. In addition, there is an opportunity on weekends to purchase fresh fruit, vegetables, wine and other local farm products offered at the La Matanza farmers´ market.
The distances: The distance to Tenerife South airport is about 80 km, and to the North Airport, about 20 km. The capital, Santa Cruz, is a 35 km drive and Puerto de la Cruz is 15 km away. You’ll need about 3 minutes to drive into the centre of El Sauzal. You can be on the golf course, 'El Peñon - Real Club de Golf” in 10 to 15 minutes.
