The house is located in Ivanica on a hill with a splendid view on the Dubrovnik Riviera, 4 km from the beaches of Mlini and 8 km from the centre of Dubrovnik. The house is on 3 floors with a balcony on the upper ones and there is a garden. You have quiet surroundings. You will have no parking problem, as it happens so often in Dubrovnik. A big shopping centre is nearby.

Dalmatia has one of the most beautiful shores in the Mediterranean. Characteristic cities, countless islands, clear sea, a mild climate and Mediterranean vegetation offer you an unforgettable experience and complete physical and mental relaxation. Here, hospitality does not know what time of year it is! It is a pity to limit one self only to the beach. On the road to or near the region there are several highlights: the river Krka waterfalls, Velebit-Paklenica park, the Lakes of Plitvice in Croatia and the beautiful towns of Trebinje, Mostar and Sarajevo , the famous Neretva and Drina rivers with rafting , in Bosnia. Most are within a few hours drive by car or it is a two day trip by boat. It is an excellent starting point for day trips, sports activities and recreation. Our house lies just across the border in Herzegovina.
