Natural stone finca Maravilla is only 2 minutes by car from Sineu and in a hilly position with view of surrounding scenery. This typical Majorcan holiday house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms – one is en suite – lovingly furnished. The generous dining and living room and the fully equipped kitchen are everything you could wish for. This finca with its tastefully furnished outer area offers lots of seating for relaxing and resting, including a 40 sqm terrace with countryside view, a brick oven-cum-barbecue, a large garden with herb garden and of course a 8 x 4 metre pool, for enjoyable swimming and cooling down on hot days. Finca Maravilla is idyllic for holidaymakers seeking relaxation and comfort away from the hectic crowds in natural surroundings, and thanks to the central location you can also explore the island.

Sineu is in the centre of Majorca so it’s the ideal place for holidaymakers who want to get to know the whole island. This village has lots of restaurants and bars with local and international foods, cultural places to visit, lots of shops, a bicycle race track and a swimming baths with tennis courts as well as a 24-hour-medical centre and an all night garage. One of the island’s best and biggest markets takes place here every Wednesday. The nearest beach for sunbathing in Alcudia Bay is only 20 minutes away by car, Palma is 30 minutes away. But you can leave your car at home and take the train from Sineu to Palma, Inca, Manacor or Soller.

  • Our unbelievable final cleaning fee is only 90,- Euro. Pool and garden maintenance are naturally included. Also bed linen and towels, as well as cot and high chair, on demand. In cooler seasons between 15.10. and 15.04. there will be a flat rate heating fee of 50,- Euro per week for radiators. This can of course be requested at other times. Gemütliches Haus mit tollen Terrassen und Blick

endlich kommen wir dazu uns für unseren tollen Urlaub noch einmal durch eine entsprechende Bewertung zu bedanken. Das Haus hat uns super gefallen, alles sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es gibt zwei Terrassen. Wir haben immer auf der Sonnenterrasse gefrühstückt und den Blick genossen und haben auf der anderen Terrasse gegrillt. Diese ist zum Teil überdacht und so konnten wir auch an einem Regentagen draußen sitzen. Das Haus ist einfach urig und gemütlich mit vielen spanischen Details eingerichtet. Die Nähe zum Dorf fanden wir ideal und hier bekommt man einfach alles was man im Urlaub benötigt. Wir sind zweimal mit dem Zug nach Palma gefahren. Das geht ganz einfach und unkompliziert und ist sehr günstig. Die Betreuung vor Ort war einfach spitze. Wir haben einen tollen Empfang gehabt und sehr viele nützliche Informationen erhalten und dazu ein paar Insidertipps. Wir empfehlen das Haus jederzeit weiter und hoffen wir finden noch eine passende Lücke für das nächste Jahr. Lieben Dank noch einmal

Liebevoll eingerichtete Finca

Wir haben Ostern eine wunderschöne Woche in dieser gemütlichen Finca verbracht. Sie ist liebevoll eingrichtet und der Blick von der Sonnenterrasse ist umwerfend und man hat eine ideale Weitsicht. Die Terrasse vor der Küche ist in den Abendstunden besonders schön. Die Terrassenmöbel sowie viele kleine Accessoires sind eine Freude fürs Auge. Der Pool liegt wunderbar in der Sonne und wir konnten schon baden (sind aber als Nordlichter gut abgehärtet). Die Inselmitte ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Touren. Ein kleiner Nachteil: Eine gut ausgebaute Straße (Nebenstrecke) führt unterhalb des Hauses vorbei. Es wird uns nicht daran hindern wieder zu kommen, doch man muss sich daran gewöhnen, wenn man zu Hause ganz ruhig wohnt. Danke an das Team.
