Notes to the rental rates

• Prices are valid for 1 to 2 persons for a stay of 7 nights. We charge € 8,00 a night for each additional person (€ 5,00 for children up to 12 years), and €21.00 for final cleaning.
  
• There is a 10 % discount available from March to October for stays of 21 days or more.
  
• For stays of 6 nights or less, we charge a fee of 10 % to 25 %, depending on the number of nights. For short stays of up to 6 nights, the higher price is used as the basis. For short stays (3 nights) you bring the bedclothes. Of course, we put fresh linen on the beds (8.00 € per bed).

A welcome drink, and a drink- and shopping service belong to our care. Should you wish, we'll deliver fresh breakfast rolls every morning. You may use the garden grill or play Ping-Pong. Bicycles are provided free of charge. Nordic walking is also offered free of charge (no fee for walking sticks). A sunbathing lawn and parking spots are located right by the house. Should you arrive by train, we'll be happy to pick you up from the station. Take advantage of our DSL WLAN with your laptop, and connect to the internet wirelessly. We'll be happy to send you a house brochure.
