This free-standing one-family house is located in the community Guardistallo, in an inlier, non asphalitc street. It is surrounded by 1500 m² property with olive trees. The sea and the Etruscan coast is only 10 km away. From the house, you can enjoy a wonderful view upon surrounding mild hills. The living space is 62 m² is located on a plain and it has a living-dining room, where you can also find a built-in kitchenette. There are 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom. In front of the house, a covered terrace with windows was built this year. The large natural property invites you to sunbath and to relax. The vacation property is ideal for dog owners, who want to take the pets with them on vacation. Thanks to the central location, you will be able to combine the beach related activities with the cultural ones.

Guardistallo is a small medieval village on the Pisa hills, right behind Cecina. In the wonderful village center, time seems to have frozen. The village invites you to walk on its narrow streets under arches and by terraces. From the top of the hill you will enjoy a fantastic panoramic view. On the village square, you can have a cappuccino, or you can enjoy typical Tuscany delicacies in our restaurants. There are several small grocery stores and a pharmacy. Supermarkets can be found in Cecina. Guardistallo is located on the “wine street” of the Etruscan coast. The DOC wines of Montescudaio are world wide known. This is an ideal starting point for excursions to differenc cultural centers, such as Bolgeri.

Angaben im Inserat entsprachen den Tatsachen, das Haus ist einfach, aber komplett eingerichtet, das Grundstück für unseren Hund ein Traum... Die Betreuung war freundlich und professionell, die Abwicklung problemlos.
Der Hundestrand in Cecina war für unsere Teenies und den Hund super, da auch in der Hauptsaison relativ leer und sauber. Ein bisschen Kultur konnten wir in der Woche auch noch genießen, die umliegenden Dörfer sind eine Augenweide, Pisa ist mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar.
Das Auto ist absolut notwendig!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche mit unserem Hund bei Ihnen und haben die Tage zum relaxen, baden und ein wenig sightseeing sehr genossen. Das Häuschen ist einfach, aber sauber, der umzäunte Garten ist v.a. mit Hund ein wahrer Traum. Grillen konnten wir schön im Freien und den Naturstrand bei Cecina ist vor allem für Kinder ein Traum. Ihre Restaurantempfehlung war grandios und wir denken gerne an die Tage zurück und hoffen, bald wieder, dann mit unserem Baby, bei Ihnen Urlaub zu machen.
