The 84 m2 apartment has 1 living/dining room with a sofa bed, fireplace and terrace, 2 bedrooms for 4/6 persons, fully furnished kitchen, 1 big bathroom, 1 Sat TV and a rooftop terrace with shower.

The sea front apartment is located in a quiet area in between Es Cana (1 km) and Santa Eulalia (4 km). The place is reached by bus and boat with these two villages where you can find all the amenities, restaurants and services you need. In Es Cana there is a hippy market on Wednesdays and you are not far from villages like San Carlos with its flower power remains, centennial olive-trees and beaches like Aguas Blancas, Cala Leña or Cala Boix.

Ein sehr schönes,sauberes, ruhig gelegenes Appartment in einer Wohnanlage ganz nah beim Strand. Das Exposé entspricht genau der Realität, so dass man mit ruhigem Gewissen buchen kann. Die Vermieter dieses Appartments sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und unterstützen einen, wo sie nur können. Die Stadt liegt etwa 1 km vom Appartment entfernt, so dass man gut zu Fuß Einkäufe jeglicher Art erledigen kann. Wer gern joggt, surft, taucht oder Katamaran fährt, kommt hier voll auf seine Kosten. Auch für kleine Snacks oder ein sehr leckeres Mittags- bzw. Abendmenue wird am Strand immer gesorgt. Hier in dieser Gegend findet wöchentlich ein Hippymarkt statt. Wenn Sie das Flair des Hippylebens lieben und auch so natürlich sich integrieren wollen, sind Sie der Richtige für dieses Fleckchen Erde, der hier mit Sicherheit zur Ruhe kommen wird.
