Our house is in quiet location at the southern leaning direct at the edge of the forest. Situated at the edge of the venue, but within 10 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by car you achieve the centre. Our flats offer a gorgeous view onto the surrounding mountain panorama. The terraces invite you for sunbathing, which is also used in the winter because of the location at a southern leaning. Behind the house, in the forest the ski tracks begin as well as beautiful hiking tracks. The shuttle is free of charge and only a short walk apart, the ski bus stops a little bit further away at the main road. On site our house is advised by an administrator. Pets are not allowed.

You enter the apartment on the ground (about 38 m², 1-2 persons). On this level are bathroom with shower and the bedroom. A stair leads down to the large living room with a studio kitchen and to the terrace with a beautiful mountain panorama view. The apartment was partly new furnished and with normal standard in 2004.

Our house is located in the Kirchwaldsiedlung, at the edge of the venue towards Mösern, a few roads above the tennis hall at the edge of the forest.
