Our new property was built in summer 05 and is situated on the hills of St. Pierre, a lovely little village at a long beach. There are a great living-room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a shower, separate toilette and a 16 m2 terrace. The apartment and the kitchen are completely furnished in a modern style: washing machine, SAT-TV, DVD-player, telephone. It is southbound and the sun is shining whole day long about 320 days of the year. There is also a pool in the residence nearby.

St. Pierre is a small village in southern France at the Mediterranean coast. In the summertime many people spend their holidays there. They love the entertainments like live concerts, daily market, French restaurants, the beach bar, the long sandy beach, the nature, the salt lakes and last but not least a lot of possibilities for sport activities like kite surfing, tennis, horse riding and walking around with or without their dogs, also the wine yards and historical country sides with their old castles.

Klasse Ausblick in schöner Atmosphäre

Das gut und ruhig gelegene Ferienhaus liegt inmitten einer Gruppe von Feriensiedlungen am Hang in St. Pierre.
Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut und ordentlich mit Ausnahme eines defekten Sonnenschirms, der während unserer Reisezeit leider nicht in Ordnung war. Bei absoluter Südlage im Hochsommer natürlich nicht gerade ideal. Einfache Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Bäcker und kleiner Supermarkt rund 10 Min zu Fuß entfernt.
Strand ist groß und frei und unendlich lange und nicht mehr als 10-15 Minuten vom Haus weg zu erreichen.
Am Ort nur wenig taugliche (keine...) Restaurants.

In der Hochsaison ist St. Pierre sehr touristisch mit einem vielfältigen Mart jedoch auch sehr marktschreierischen Events.

Aber die Gegend ( auch Naturparc haute Languedoc), als auch das Häuschen ist von unserer Seite aus empfehlenswert.

Owner's Response: - zum Thema "defekter Sonnenschirm":
Im Mietvertrag steht:
"Der Mieter verpflichtet sich, selbst verursachte Schäden bis zum Urlaubsende zu beheben. Schäden des Vorgängers bitte sofort dem Verwalter melden."
In der Restzahlungsbestätigung wird das Thema nochmal aufgegriffen:
"Bitte teilen Sie unserer Verwaltung mit, wenn Sie etwas zu beanstanden haben, wie z.B. ... defekte Geräte ..."
Leider kann auch die beste Verwaltung nichts ersetzen, wenn Gäste keine Mitteilung machen ...
- zum Thema "Trubel in der Hochsaison":
Für Familien mit Teenies z.B. ist das ein Hauptgrund, bei uns Urlaub zu buchen.
- zum Thema "Südlage":
Das unterscheidet das Haus von vielen anderen Häusern, wo die Sonne seltener hinkommt.

Toller Urlaub!

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal in dem Haus Mer Indigo 99 und hatten wieder einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Die wirklich hochwertige und persönliche Ausstattung der Wohnung und der traumhafte Blick von der Terasse machten den Urlaub perfekt. Den DSL-Internetzugang hat unser Sohn sehr geschätzt. Das Wetter war auch wieder toll - viel Sonne und immer ein angenehmer Wind.

gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit viel Platz im Wohn-/Essbereich und Küche. Traumhafter Blick über den Ort und auf das Meer ... Entspannung pur! Ein Verwalter, der jederzeit ansprechbar ist, was will man mehr! Auch mit zwei Hunden (dafür ohne Kinder) ist der Aufenthalt problemlos, besonders auch im Ortszentrum, auf der Strandpromenade etc. Das Gebirge ringsum ist herrlich. Wir fahren wieder hin!
Owner's Response: Unser Feriendomizil haben wir auch bewusst in dieser interessanten Gegend ausgewählt, weil auch wir das Clape, die Corbieres und vor allem die Garrigue mögen.

Traumurlaub in Saint-Pierre-la-Mer

Individuell und äußerst geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit Liebe zum Detail. Es fehlte an nichts. Traumhafte Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer. Alles sehr sauber und in gutem Zustand. Sehr zentral und doch ruhig gelegen, nahe zum Strand - auch zum Hundestrand. Sehr präzise und zutreffende Informationen vorab durch die Vermieter - auch spezielle Fragen wurden beantwortet. Gute Einweisung durch den Verwalter vor Ort, der bei Bedarf auch mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand.
Wir - Eltern und 16-jähriger Sohn und Hund - haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen wieder !

Sehr gutes Ferienhaus in Top-Lage, für alle, die auf eine Spülmaschine während der Ferien verzichten können:-)
Hervorragende Betreuung durch den Verwalter vor Ort.
Wir kommen jedenfalls gerne wieder!
Owner's Response: Bei uns gilt das Motto: Wer kocht, braucht nicht zu spülen. Und mal ehrlich: eine Spülmaschine würde doch die Front der Designerküche ästhetisch ruinieren!
