The apartment on the 1st floor has been recently refurbished and is in a good state. The apartment has 4 bedrooms (3 double bedrooms and 1 room with a bunk bed), a large living room with a big balcony on the front side, 2 bathrooms and a new fully equipped kitchen. The apartment has a colour television, DVD player, stereo music tower with dolby surround system, Astra Satellite television with over 200 television channels, washing machine, grill, refrigerator, microwave and barbecue. The total surface of the apartment is 120 m² and equipped with a central heating and open fire place. From the balcony you have a wide and nice view over Salou. Around the apartment there are three nice beaches, varying from busy popular beach, a private beach and a quiet beach. The charming and popular “Playa Capellans” is situated at no more than 60 meters. Although the apartment is located in a quiet part of Salou, the commercial city and nightlife centre are within 5 minutes walk.

Salou is a very popular holiday resort. It has the perfect combination between beautiful sandy beaches and an exquisite nightlife. The sandy and wide beaches are known as the “Costa Daurada”, the Golden Coast, and are amongst the most beautiful beaches of Spain. Salou has nice typical Spanish bars, English pubs, a large variation of restaurants, good party bars and a few good discotheques. On 10 kilometres from Salou you can find characteristic Spanish cities like Reus and Tarragona. These cities are ideal for shopping, dinning or just walking around in order to feel yourself in the real Spain. Within 5 kilometres from Salou you can find the fishing village Cambrils that has a large selection of brilliant number of fish restaurants. In the direct surroundings of Salou there are several mountains and the nature park Ebro Delta is worth a visit. The party village Sitges is situated at only 40 kilometres, Barcelona at only 90 kilometres and Valencia is to be found at 200 kilometres.
