The Richie I apartment complex is located in Siófok, 500 m from the center, and 700 m from the Coca-Cola beach. The apartment Barbara (160 m²) is ideal for 10 - 14 people, the apartment Vivien (60 m²) for 4 - 5 people, and the apartment Petra (100 m²) for 6 - 8 people. In the garden, there is a swimming pool (8 x 4 x 1.5 m), and a children pool (4 x 2 x 0.5 m). The apartments are located on a 1000 m² property, ideal for friends and several families. The parking places are in the courtyard. In the neighbourhood there are shopping facilities and restaurants. You can find special prices in the early and low seasons.

Apartment Vivien (60 m²) is ideal for 4 - 5 people (1 bedroom, 1 living/bedroom, shower/WC, kitchen-dining room). On the first floor: hallway, living/bedroom (double bed plus 1 extra bed), bedroom and shower/WC. In the basement: kitchen-dining-room (cooker, mikrowelle,refrigerator, coffee machine, dinnerware, plates, glasses, etc. for 5 people). There is a swimming pool (8 x 4 x 2 m), a children pool (4 x 2 x 0.50 m), sun coaches, garden furniture, barbecue available for all the guests.

Siófok is the biggest city by the Lake Balaton and it is located 17 km from the long southern shore. The Lake Balaton is the biggest lake in Middle Europe. The Coca-Cola beach is well known in entire Europe. There are, however, several free beaches. Siófok and the Lake Balaton are wonderful not only in the summer, but also in other seasons. In July 2006, the “Galerius” Wellness Center was inaugurated, on a 8000 m² property, with wonderful buildings, with approx. 600 m² water, spa, saunas, steam bath, massage, etc. The Center was built 2,5 km from our Richie I apartment complex, directly by the shore. If you cannot swim in the Lake Balaton because of the weather, you can still try this wonderful Wellness Center. Welcome in Siófok!

The final cleaning is 30 Euros. From July, 1st until August, 31st, the minimum stay is 1 week. The arrival should be on Saturdays. Other days are available on inquiry. On request, the apartment can be rented for Christmas, New Year’s, Eastern, and Whitsun.

Many interesting programs are waiting for you, and we are eager to do everything for you to have a wonderful vacation. The airport is only 100 km from Siófok. We can order a convenient transfer for you. It takes only a few hours flight and you are in Hungary! The Coca-Cola beach is waiting for young people, but it is also a wonderful experience for families with children. By day, you can go for a walk along the shore and by night, after a fine dinner, drink a glass of Balaton wine. In Siófok, there are several good restaurants, which are open all year round. We recommend our guests the best restaurants in Siófok, where you can find the best barbecue meat, fish or goulash. In the city, there are many possibilities for entertainment. If you experience this once, you will definitely come back. Our motto: Everything for our guests! In July 2006, the Galerius Wellness Center has been opened.
