The villa was built in 1991, in a Provencal style, and it was completely renovated in 2002. It has a 250 m² open-plan living area, 150 m² terrace, and 5000 m² property and an 11 x 4.5 m heated pool with counter flow system and whirlpool. There are about 10 minutes on foot to the Plage de Gigaro. The villa has a south location. From all the rooms and terraces, you have a wonderful, gigantic sea view over the Hyeres Islands. The villa is located at the margins of a nature reserve which stretches up to St. Tropez, to Plage de Pampelonne. In this region and in on this property, you will not miss anything. The calmness and the rush of the sea are charming. Enjoy the ambiance! Even if this is a very quiet surrounding, St. Tropez can be reached in only a 10 minute drive, over a road without traffic jams.
