This small villa is located in a nice, quite residence park only 150 meters from a sandy beach. The residence (10 villas) manages the shared pool and Petanque train. The property is enclosed and has an electric door opener. On the property is a 325 square meter enclosed terrace with grill, Pergola and outside shower. Inside is a living/dining room with open kitchen, a double bedroom, a children's room with three beds (a trundle bed), a toilette and a bath. The living room also has a sofa bed (1.4 x 2 meters).
