Summary of Flat 1, 1 bedroom, sleeps 2

The holiday flats are located on the first floor of our house, which has a footpath leading to lake 'Grossen Plessow' and is surrounded by approx. 25 metres of sparse wood area. Both flats include completely new interior and appliances. A bus stop of the city bus ‘Werder’ is right outside the house. The next decent swimming location in the lake is within walking distance - about 60 metres.

The holiday flats consist of a combined kitchen and living space with balcony and view of the lake, as well as one double bedroom, which also has a view of the lake, one bathroom with shower and a foyer. In October 2005 the flat was given 3 stars by the German Tourism Association.

The governmentally registered recreational town of Werder is in the centre of the big lakes of Havelland, the surrounding area. The historical island town is full of inviting cafes and restaurants and is an attraction in its own right. From April to October boat cruises to Potsdam, Berlin and other locations are possible. Potsdam (the famous castle and park of Sanssouci, the Cecilienhof etc) can be reached by a 10 minute train trip. The journey time to the centre of Berlin (Bahnhof Zoo, Friedrichstrasse) is approximately 30 minutes.
