A quietly and beautifully located apartment in a garden of 1 ha with small and large pond, meadow, flower gardens and lots of space to relax. Just hang around, feed the ducks, geese and waterfowl or perhaps you prefer playing games on the grass or reading a book in a deck chair or walking in the forest ? The biking trail in front of the house leads you in a couple of minutes to downtown Breda or along a country trail which gives you opportunities to buy some of the well-known Bredase aardbeien (strawberries) asparagus or cheese all directly from the farms. At the Galderse meeren (lakes) one can have a swim or a dive. The apartment has a separate and private entrance and consists of a kitchen with all appliances you might wish for like dishwasher, microwave-oven, coffee and tea facilities, fridge,dining area, living room with sofa, comfy chairs, TV, DVD, radio + CD, magazines, books, games,bedroom with two comfy boxspring beds, adjoing bathroom with shower, WC, and sink. Gated parking.

Breda is the capital of Northern Brabant and has a lot to offer: historical buildings, museums, castle, begijnhof, casino, theatre, music-hall and a large marketsquare with lots of restaurants and terraces serving drinks and delicious food. A high level of gastronomy and trendy shops. Ginneken is an old and quaint part of the city with all kinds of pubs and small boutiques. Trips to Antwerp, Ghent and Bruges (historic sites, museums, antique shops, jewellers and a wonderful gastronomy ). Bergen op Zoom, Delft (museum, churches and the Porseleyne Fles-manufacture of delft blue china) Dordrecht (oldest city of Holland with canals, museums and quint old city-centre as well as lots of antique shops) Rotterdam , Delfshaven the old port from which in the old days the Quakers left for the USA, Eindhoven (new modern museum). A boat-trip through the 'Biesbosch' a marshland with lots of birdlife is worth wile, Willemstad (charming old marine-town with harbour and lots of yachts).

Notes: Tastefully decorated apartment with antique and new furniture, comfortable seatings and everything done in the colours: beige-white and light blue. The bedroom has two new boxspring-beds, the bathroom en suite consists of shower, sink and toilet. There is a terrace in front of the apartment and there are several seats in the garden. Breakfast included and will be served on the terrace or in the dining-area in your apartment (with eggs from our own 'happy' chickens!) Everywhere you have beautiful views of the garden, the ponds and you will enjoy lots of privacy! We only have this one appartment so never more than 2 guests at a time. You may prepare your own lunch or dinner, but we will also gladly advise you on excellent restaurants in the area! The apartment is also very popular for business trips in the region, all the highways to: Rotterdam-The Hague, Antwerp-Brussels, Eindhoven-Maastricht are just a stone throw away.
