You step out of the lift onto the spacious house-owned terrace - directly to the ocean - with pool and free umbrellas. You can enjoy the sun from sunrise to sunset there. The house is right next to a small beach, there is a larger one approx. 10 minutes away by foot. In the evenings, the mundane harbour is very inviting for strolls or nearby Palma is inviting as well, with its cathedral, historical Old Town, its beautiful shops and restaurants. The apartment house is not a tourist resort, the owners are Spaniards, Brits, Swedes and Germans who know to appreciate the well-maintained area and the relaxing atmosphere.

The beach is in front of your door, Palma in 15, Puerto Andratx in approx. 35, Clavia, the region's small capital (with rustic restaurants, typical for this country) is 15 minutes away by car - one can handle that pretty well. For those who do not feel like driving to get dinner, they can go to the harbour, very good restaurants (unfortunately also expensive) or simply go to a small local restaurant. After a well-cooked dinner, you can end the day by looking out over the harbour (which is fantastic anytime of the day or night). For those who get a bad conscience for not doing anything, you are also taken care of! You can jog, walk or just stroll along the pier at the harbour or on the new hiking trail toward Andratx. Lapse in the pool or ocean before breakfast can get you fit and ready for new activities.
