Sa Plana is located 8 km (6,5 km of which is tarmaced) from Felanitx and is surrounded by fields. There is a view to the monastery mountain San Salvador and the valley of Algaida and on the other side Sa Plana is located next to a pine forest. The fields around the estate are approx. 10.000 square meters, the estate has several hectares. This estate has been a private Agroturismo which means it has got a few buildings beside the manor house including garage, bodega, gardens, terraces and much more. It is a haven for families with children or for a group of friends who are looking for an authentic place away from mass tourism where they can relax and unwind. The new pool is in the centre of a beautiful garden and is surrounded by a big terrace. Nearby is a place where you can find shade under the threes, a barbecue and an external shower. The house which is suitable for celebrations, has a vaulted ceiling is approached opposite the bodega.

The main house is approached through a large traditional wooden door leading into a dining hall which has beautiful arch ways accessing the rest of the accommodation. The large family kitchen has a pantry and also a door to the garage. In addition on this floor there are 2 bedrooms and fully fitted bathroom with corner bath, shower and bidet. A stone staircase leads up to the first floor where there are two more bedrooms and bathroom with shower. This floor has the advantage of two more living rooms with roof terrace and additional sleeping accommodation in the form of a sofa bed. The furniture and the decoration are in Mallorquin style. The bathrooms are newly installed. The Spanish owner of the house is responsible for the cleaning, the garden and the pool. In the adjoining house are two members of the family who have access over the paths.

Porto Colom

Porto Colom is valued by sailors because of its natural anchor facilities. Most of the original buildings facing the sea side have been protected which gives a calm and peaceful atmosphere. The town-centre built in the last century contains many second homes for business people of Felanitx. The other part of the town offers in the summer a wide range of activities. Here you will find a large beach and two little bays. Diving and surfing schools are located in Porto Colom as well. Not forgetting the boat industry which is mainly run by small family businesses where they are built in a traditional way.

Cala D`Or

The centre of Cala D`Or (the white town at the sea) offers you a complete variety of activities on the east coast. Restaurants, shops, bars and boutiques are just some of many possibilities available. It has probably got the best harbour for sporting yachts and every year the elite of Europe’s luxurious yachts can be seen.

Manacor

Manacor is the second most important city in Mallorca. It is famous for its furniture industry and pearl production. It was founded in the year 1300 by Jaume the second and is located at the foot of the Sierra de Levant. The most important buildings are “Torre de Ses Puntes” which was built in the 14th century, the San Vinçenc Ferrer convent and the baroque convent Santa Domingo. Because of the lime content of the soil a few caves can be found near Manacor. In the city of Manacor you will find supermarkets, a clinic, restaurants, cafes and a good shopping centre with many interesting shops to browse in.
