The apartment is on the first floor of an apartment house with two apartments above Osteno with a wonderful view over the lake and the surrounding, picturesque villages of Cima and Porlezza as well as the mountain range. The approx. 80 m² 4 room apartment has cosy and modern furnishings. It is approx. 200 m above Lake Lugano and has two large terraces (east and west). The large living and dining room has a 10 m wide window with a view of Lake Lugano. There is a parking space available for you car in the driveway, which can be locked. The area is generally quiet. You can hear the street that is about 50 m away from the terrace.

The original Old Town Osteno (approx. 300 residents) is very quietly located directly on the Italian side of Lake Lugano. There are no tourist complexes here, only houses typical to this country. Without a doubt, this area has one of the most beautiful landscapes in the upper Italian lake area. The area is partially protected by 'Belle Arti' (landscape protection). For this reason there are not any tourist resorts or hotel complexes, therefore you can have a very individual holiday in true nature.
